Hi I'm Jigger, im a good boy, I love to be loved & give love. I love attention, being outdoors, i dont try to escape if im let out in a fenced yard, im trained to be on a lead while out to potty or on walks. Love goin bye bye... not to the vet tho!..im very well behaved, my mom has trained me well. I'm great with adults, teens, kids toddler & babies worry me without an adult close. If they cry or scream i want to protect them & make sure they are ok.I have not been around many other dogs or cats, I love my sister Shimmy that has been my BF for 4yrs. If im introduced slowly, im sure i would adjust.

Story
Pepper is an amazing cuddly dog. We rescued her when she was a puppy approximately 3 years ago we believe she had been abused before we got her. We have tried for 3 years to work with her on socializing her with other animals, she can be arout other pets but can get overwhelmed at times. Unfortunately due to circumstances we can no longer give her the time and attention required. She is good with kids and loves being petted and to take walks. She doesn't like being alone and has jumped a 6 foot fence to follow us before. When home she likes to be near people but is decently calm. Would probably do best in a single pet home.

Story
Jamie is a very sweet and snuggly girl! She has really bad anxiety and because of that she barks a ton and chews on anything she can get her paws on. She doesn’t like being left alone for more than a few hours. Very playful and a lot of crazy mixed in- she likes to wrestle with dogs her size, so she can get a little much at times with that and her bark. At the moment she’s in the kennel a lot more than I’d like her to be, but unfortunately have made the decision to try and find a new loving home for her, where she can run, play, snuggle, etc. I got her from a shelter in Oklahoma in August of 2025 and she is about to be two in August of 2026. She needs someone who can be there with her a lot to play and probably go on walks. I also have been wanting to get her into obedience classes, but don’t have the funds at the moment to get her in. My work schedule doesn’t allow for me to be home very much in the evenings and late nights, same as my parents schedules as well. Any concerns?

Story
Before several weeks ago, the inside of a house was like a foreign land to Willow Ivy. She didn’t know what household objects were, nor what it even meant to be inside with people. 🌎 🌎 Now, our pretty girl has experienced the good life, where she’s never too cold (or too hot), food and water are in plentiful supply, and the beds are oh-so-comfy. She has also finally imprinted with some people and is getting the hang of the idea that people are there to help her and support her. Welcome to the rest of your life, Willow Ivy! 🌎 🌎 Willow Ivy has also discovered that there’s an outdoor world beyond the confines of a pen. She loves to go on car rides and look out the window. And she totally enjoys walks along quiet neighborhood trails or parks. It has taken her a while to reach this point, and likely when she’s adopted, she’ll need time and space to arrive here again, with her furever people. What we know for sure is that she is smart and really darn sweet. She is desperate to please her people, as she balances that with learning that the world doesn’t have to be a scary place. Toys are new to her, but those squeaky ones and puzzles are pretty fun – and getting a treat from inside of a Kong is tasty and happy! She will need time, like possibly weeks, to warm up to the people in her life, but it will happen in a quiet home. She gets along with other dogs, but she still hasn’t consistently grasped how to handle her dog relationships alongside her people relationships. So, she would do best in a home with a very laid-back dog(s) who she won’t feel like she’s competing with. Or a life as an only dog would be just as well. 🐾❤️ Willow Ivy is 3 years old, and she’s a 30-pound Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog mix. She is house trained and crate trained. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and current on heartworm preventative and flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $175. Apply to adopt her, and bring your patience, and you’ll get to meet this little gem, by filling out the application at PawsitiveTailsKC.org. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤
