Story
s this seat taken? My name is Samwise, Sam for short, and I am looking for a warm lap to snooze on. HEALTH NOTICE: My people believe I may have been hit by a car before they found me in the garden. My jaw hurts sometimes so it’s best if my food is softened. I have other symptoms of injuries that didn’t heal correctly. I can be a little clumsy and sometimes I hurt a little, but all that doesn’t slow me down! I just wanted to let you know since it makes me a little different. I’m really just an ordinary kitty. I like to jump up on windowsills and watch the world. I like to scratch so please give me a post or something fun for my claws. I’ll play with fuzzy mice, cardboard boxes, and I love messing up the bathroom mat. I also have an affinity to jump in the shower or tub after you’re done using them. Maybe I want to wash my paws. I’m not particularly shy with people and I’m cautiously curious of new things. But most of all, I want to sit with you. Or on you. I purr the moment you look

Story
Alan is bonded to his sister and they will need to be adopted as a pair. The adoption fee is for both kitties. He is 12lbs, while his sister is a petite 8lbs. They are indoor/outdoor kitties. He has the white nose and she the black nose. He's a lap kitty. If you decide to kick back in the recliner, make sure you have emptied your bladder and collected any snacks/drinks you need within arms length. He'll nap on you for hours! If you go outside, he will join you, but usually just sits somewhere and judges you for not sitting with a blanket on your lap where he can nap. He might try hiding like his sister, but he isn't any good at it. Nancy is a busy girl. She's in and out of the house all day long (via kitty door). She loves it when you are outside with her. She'll help you garden or hide somewhere and come ripping out from under cover and scare the water out of you. Outside with her people is definitely her favorite thing.

Story
My family attempted to help one of my daughter's friends by adopting 2 little hellraisers (Chocolate & Levi) when they could no longer keep them, but they are not acclimating well to our home and our other animals so I'm having to rehome them to someone who maybe doesn't have any other critters in the home. I've been told they are both fixed and up to date on shots, but I will be honest, I haven't taken them to our own vet as of yet. Some warnings: they both will yell at you for food like they've just spent the last 3 weeks surviving the Sahara Desert on sheer force of will and a prayer regardless of when you last filled their dish. They are still younger (approx 1-2 years) and they like to climb in, on, and around everything without regard for the wellbeing of themselves or your belongings... in other words... they have the self-preservation skills of a walnut. I would like to keep them together as they very much seem to be a bonded pair. Chocolate is female and Levi is male.
