Meet Joelle! Joelle is a sweet girl born in October 2022. Joelle was just a baby herself when she had babies. Now that her babies are all grown up she is is reliving her kittenhood and is ready to be someone’s baby. Joelle loves wrestling and playing with the kittens, and running around after her foster siblings. Joelle is still learning the luxuries of the indoor life and can be a bit shy at first but once she comes out of her shell she is ready for all the love and attention. Joelle has excellent litter manners and is vetted. She does great with other pets given proper slow introductions. You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. Meet Charlie and Chessa!They went through a lot as babies. They’re doing great now, healthy, playful and curious. They are both skittish initially and when at the rescue awaiting adoption, they’re both terrified and super shy. That is NOT an accurate reflection of their wonderful personalities though. Chessa was adopted once, but was miserable without her brother. She barely ate and was super withdrawn for a few days. For the sake of her health, I took her back. Within an hour of being back with her brother, they were playing, grooming and chasing each other. We then decided it would be best for her and her brother to be adopted as a bonded pair. They both get along with other cats as well, as long as introduced properly and the other cat/cats are accepting. They both LOVE to play! Springs, balls, balled up receipts, and the pole with feathers at the end of a string. Charlie is super lovey with a BIG purr motor. He’s a bit goofy and loves to flop on you. Chessa is a bit more reserved, but will loosen up and enjoys being loved on and talked to. She will talk back. I’m pretty sure she has primary possession of the one brain cell because she has a very intelligent look in her eyes and she’s always watching. Her initial name was Chester, because I was told she’s a boy. They had just assumed she was a he because orange girls are rare. Needless to say, she then became “Chessa”. Both love to be on the bed with me, but Charlie will get under the covers for a cuddle. They just met my dog today and both were curious, but hissed (normal). My dog ignored them, so I’m sure that helped. They adjust well if given time. They’re wonderful and just need someone to give them a chance. You won’t regret it. Xena is a sweet baby angel! She loves to cuddle and play and will sit pretty for Churro treats! She thrives best in a quiet home and will require a cat tree, as she thinks she’s the queen of the world (in reality, she is. We’re just living in her world!)

Born on August 3rd&4th. Born indoors, stayed inside until 6 wks, they have been fed only by their moms until 6 wks when they started on whole food supplemented by their mom's milk. Now they are weaned from their moms & rely on whole food though sometimes they do cozy up with moms to feed-more in a nurturing way than for food. They know how to potty in a box, right now they are outdoor trained, when they need to potty they go in the dirt & leaves, dig a hole, potty & bury it just like they do in a litter box though they can transition indoors without issue. Their moms are outdoor/indoor cats though as of now they stay wherever the kittens are. The kittens are very playful & well socialized (benefit of keeping them together until this age, proper weaning-proper socialization) They are familiar with dogs, have been around our Shepherd, each has various degrees of interactions with him but all familiar. 3 Boys 3 Girls - 3 shorter hair 3 medium hair
