Story
Charlotte is a 6½-year-old black and white tuxedo cat who has been with me for her entire life. I bottle fed her. She is spayed, fully up to date on vaccinations, front-declawed, and healthy. She has always been an indoor cat, but enjoys spending supervised time in the backyard and does not try to wander or escape. Charlotte is very affectionate and loving once she feels safe and bonded. She enjoys being brushed, relaxing in quiet spaces, and spending time with her person. She is calm, observant, and loyal to those she trusts. She is happiest in calm, predictable environments and prefers to take her time warming up to new people. She would do best in a quiet, low-traffic home with a patient adopter who understands that some cats need time and consistency to feel secure. In the right setting, she forms a strong and loyal bond.

Story
Coco is the sweetest cuddlebug with her humans. She wants to be with you or on you (if you are still, she is right there). Coco will talk to you until you figure out what she wants which is usually soft food. She was a stray before we found her at the humane society so it took her a while to realize she would always be fed. In the past, her bottom jaw was injured so it healed a little crooked but she has no trouble eating dry food. Coco needs help keeping her front nails trimmed and will happily let you do it. Unfortunately, she does not like our other cat and continues to hunt her. Coco would make an excellent only pet for someone who loves cuddles and love.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Meet Tippy Toes! Tippy is a total cuddle bug who loves being carried around the house like a baby, especially if chin scratches are involved. He adores gentle head rubs, enjoys catnip, and rewards his people with loud purrs, sweet leg rubs, and nonstop affection. He’s incredibly social, confident, and friendly, not shy at all, and does wonderfully with kids. Rescued from a shelter at just 5 weeks old, Tippy was diagnosed with nerve damage in his left back leg, but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit. He does everything other kittens do, climbing, chasing, pouncing, and playing, just with a little extra flair. Beep is bonded to Tippy, and the two must be adopted together. They snuggle, play, and truly bring out the best in each other. Tippy provides constant love and comfort to Beep, and you’ll often find them curled up together, hugging during naps or sweetly grooming one another. Tippy is fully litter trained, eats both wet and dry food, and uses a smart feeder and water fountain like a pro. Because of his back leg and nerve injury, it’s important that Tippy maintains a healthy weight and is not overfed, as this helps reduce strain and supports his long-term mobility. One important note: Tippy is a darter and very curious, so adopters will need to be mindful around doors and ensure he stays safely indoors. Running outside could be dangerous for him due to his back leg.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214-454-9395 should you have any concerns or questions. Please note: We appreciate all interest in our cats and kittens, but we are an all volunteer organization. Please be patient with regard to a call back. Should you need to surrender the cat you adopted from NTCR, please email us at surrenderNTCRcat@northtexascatrescue.com.December 21, 2025, 11:09 am
