TALKS WITH SQUEAKY LITTLE VOICE  DOB 8/23/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Mango, a bouncing ball of fluff, a.k.a. medium-haired orange “ticked” tabby fella with white tuxedo markings. Even though I have a squeaky little voice, I can be quite talkative with my foster meowmy. I was a five-week-old kitten when I showed up in someone’s backyard with no momma or siblings in sight. Thank heavens my HOPE foster meowmy welcomed me and gave me a safe haven in her home, where I joined other orphans, who have become my new family. Plus the resident adult cats have become my surrogate aunts and uncles because they are teaching me all the manners that my momma would’ve shown me if she’d been around. I’m a feisty little guy who loves to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my older foster mates. I keep up with the best of them, despite my being the new kid on the block. You should see me bat balls and toy mice around the room like a pro soccer striker as well as make a pro-basketball player’s acrobatic “circus shots” when lunging at the wand toy! #CLOUD-BOY  DOB 10/1/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Nimbus, one of the #cloud-boys, and I'm a sweet and energetic medium-haired gray-and-white tuxedo with a big fluff of a tail who loves to play tirelessly until I’m exhausted. That’s when I cuddle in Foster Meowmy’s lap as I drift off to dream land. I’m very vocal with a cute little meow. I’m also curious and have to investigate everything that Foster Meowmy does. When my orphaned brother Stratus and I were about a month old, we were found in the back yard of a friend of Foster Meowmy’s who lives in Dallas. Since he’d never cared for unweaned kittens before, Foster Meowmy picked us up and drove us to Houston. We overheard her tell someone, “They were perfect angels in the car.” We settled easily into our foster home, where we made friends with the resident adult cat and small dog. Of course we spend our waking hours tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other before we collapse in a kitten puddle. Now we’re two balls of fluff, ready to bring our sweet dispositions and frenetic kitten energy to brighten our forever home. Since we are such bonded brothers, Foster Meowmy is insisting that we are adopted together. PROFESSIONAL HEART-STEALER  DOB 6/15/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Oliver, a strikingly handsome, docile, and playful medium-haired, pastel-gray tabby Maine Coon mix fella with a huge fluff of a tail. I’m always gentle and very sweet but initially very shy. Once I feel safe though? Boy howdy -- my silly side comes out. I follow Foster Meowmy around like her shadow and softly meow if she dares to ignore me. I’m polite, but persistent.   Foster Meowmy rescued me as a terrified six-month old kitten who was hiding near Home Depot, and my momma and siblings were nowhere in sight. She appraised my precarious situation and realized that I had zero – yes, absolutely zero – survival skills. The next thing I knew, I was firmly ensconced in the safe haven of her home. Foster Meowmy endearingly uses the popular internet phrase “smol bean in a big world” to describe how little and vulnerable I felt when I first arrived in the overwhelmingly big world of my foster home. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy is an experienced cat lady, and she patiently and lovingly allowed me to warm up to her at my own pace. Even though I was scared the first few days, I was always such a good boy who didn’t act out defensively. Once I started feeling comfy in my new digs, I blossomed into a loyal, cuddly companion who started doing great with other cats and people too! Now I’m ready to be the young gent who brings my professional heart-stealing skills to my forever family.
