LOVES TO BE PETTED!  DOB 3/14/26 Hey there, everyone! I’m Arthur, a very sweet, cuddly, and gentle “bicolor” medium-haired fella, which means that I’m mostly white with large steel-gray patches on my head, saddleback, and tail. When I was about four months old, I wandered up to Foster Meowmy’s community cats' feeding station as an orphaned kitten with no momma or siblings in sight. Assuming that I’d refuse to socialize with hoomans, she trapped me and brought me to the safe haven of her home to recuperate from neuter surgery. Surprising, she found that I was friendly but timid, so Foster Mom knew that it would take time and patience for me to learn to trust her. With her gentle voice and affectionate touch, she showed me that I was securely loved, and --voila! -- now my sweet personality is shining through! As it ends up, I absolutely love to be petted, although it’s on my terms because I don’t like to be pursued and grasped to be "caught." I assimilated nicely with my foster siblings as we tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a puddle. In my more solitary moments, I like to bask in a patch of sunlight on the window ledge for a toasty snooze. Now I’m ready to snuggle in the laps of my forever family as they scratch my ears and massage my head to my heart’s content. Hopefully they will be patient enough, like Foster Meowmy, to allow me to warm up to them at my own pace until I feel completely comfy. Arrange to meet me today! These two unrelated kittens discovered in foster care that everything is more fun when they have a best friend by their side! Tortellini, the adorable fluffy tortoiseshell girl, is the adventurous one, always ready to explore and see what’s around the next corner. Ravioli, the calico, is a little more cautious and prefers to take her time checking out new things. But together, they make the perfect pair—exploring, playing, and then settling in for some cozy time together. They’ve become each other’s comfort, confidence, and favorite playmate. Watching them together is proof that sometimes the best thing you can give a kitten is a friend. Once upon a time, I mysteriously appeared in someone’s backyard. My new friends thought I surely had a home because I was so friendly. They gave me a snack, expecting me to head back to wherever I came from. I didn't. Instead, I hung around, politely letting them know that I was done with the whole “big bad outside world” thing. They scooped me up, got me vetted, and now I’m happily living the foster life while I wait for my forever couch… I mean, home. I’m a big boy with big paws and big boy cheeks that were clearly designed for maximum scritches. I love sitting in laps during your favorite shows, giving headbutts, and soaking up cheek rubs like the spoiled house cat I was always meant to be. Heidy wants to be loved on her own termsPlease read full Heidi's biography before enquiring about her ________ Heidy is a cute medium hair cat. She is very food driven and let you pet her to get what she wants. Heidy is not fond to be lifted and long petting sessions. She is sweet and likes attention on her own terms. She must be single pet in the house, she is terrified of dogs and may not be a good fit for a family with young kids. Heidy was found living in an abandoned moldy appartment. We suspect she was left behind by her owners. We couldn't left her living in there and starving to die. Heidy is fully vetted (spayed, vaccinated, microchiped etc) now and lives in a foster home but would like to have her own family. Heidy is FIV positive but it doesn't affect her quality of life nor requires special care. Let us know if you need more information about this condition. Heidy may have lack of initial socialization, however she warms up to her care giver as she gets comfortable with her new surroundings. Heidy is looking for a savvy-cat person that loves and accepts her as she is. She is quiet and would stay by the side of her care giver and accepts petting and play time on her terms. She just gets over-estimulated with long petting sessions but if you know how to read cat language and respect her boundaries, she could be a wonderful companion. LOVES WAND TOYS AND CHURUS  DOB 9/15/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Fei Fei, and I was named after the bright, adventurous girl who builds a homemade rocket ship to travel to the moon in the animated fantasy film “Over the Moon.” Fei Fei is a common Chinese name that translates “very fragrant, luxurious, and beautiful.” I don’t know about “fragrant,” but I do have luxuriously soft white fur like a bunny’s, and I’m obviously beautiful! I’m a sweet, gentle, and poised calico/ Turkish Van mix, which means that I’m mostly white with gray and orange tabby patches on my head and tail. I’m really quite a lovely package, if I do say so myself. I guess you’re wondering why a perfectly exquisite kitten like me needs to find a home. I did have a loving home that, for the few months of my short life, I shared with my hooman mom and another kitty. Unfortunately, my world was turned upside down when Mom was transferred to a new job in another city, and she could not take me with her. Thank heavens my HOPE foster meowmy stepped up to the plate and agreed to find me a loving new family. I like Foster Meowmy a lot because she tantalizes me by waving wand toys over my head and then feeding me Churus as a treat afterwards. I’m still adjusting to my new American foster home because Mandarin is no longer spoken, but my ears are getting more attuned to English every day. DREAMILY LOOKS UP INTO YOUR EYES  DOB 8/7/22 Mew! Mew, everyone! I’m Alice, a sweet, curious, playful Turkish Van mix gal who’s mostly white with gray tabby on my head and tail. Everyone falls in love with me when my beautiful face stares up into their eyes. I love food, love to play, and love to investigate my surroundings. I was rescued by a kind woman who found me and my sisters Tris, Lucy, and Victoria as orphaned kittens when we were so young that we needed to be bottle-fed. Once we were eating on our own, our tenderhearted future Foster Meowmy responded to the plea on the HOPE FaceBook page that we needed someone to foster us until we were adopted. She brought us to our foster home, where we enjoy tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other until we collapse in a kitten puddle. I’m a happy girl whose life is a repeated cycle of play-sleep-eat. Since we were bottle-fed and familiar with being handled by hoomans, we’ve always been very friendly and sociable – even with strangers. In fact, we come out to meet visitors! Although we haven’t been around kids in our foster home, I’m sure we’d be fine with well-mannered children because we’ve been very comfortable around the Great Pyrenees dog (I really bonded to him.) and the other resident cats. These kitties have acted like aunts and uncles who've taught us everything that our momma would've taught us if she'd been around.
