Story
Hi, Im Tux!Im a one-year-old tuxedo heart-throb who struts around like Im perpetually late for a black-tie event.I can be an only cat or share my space with another friendly feline, I just need a little time to settle in and realize Im safe before I unleash my full charm (trust me, its worth the wait).I was found wandering the streets and passed through several kind, caring hands before landing in foster care, where Im getting comfortable and showing off my personality. Tuxedos have a reputation for being playful lovebugs, and I proudly live up to the hype. Im neutered, ready for adoption, and officially on the hunt for my forever home.Think youre ready for a little class, charm, and mischief in your life? I might be your guy. Please visit our website desertpawssanctuary.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Hi there, this is my beautiful cat Bella. I’ve had her for nearly my whole life and she’s already 15 or so. Unfortunately my family no longer wants to take care of her because of behavioral issues, and I can’t take her because I’m in college and am not allowed to have a pet until I have housing that does allow one. It breaks my heart into a million pieces to give her up, but my family is giving me no choice. Ideally I’d want to find someone who’s willing to foster her for a while before I have housing that allows me to take care of her again. The reason my family wants to get rid of her is because she pees on stuff sometimes and throws up from eating plants. I attribute this behavior to aging and the introduction of another cat, though with proper technique and training it doesn’t happen that often. Please reach out if you’re interested.

Story
OCTOBER 2025 PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! WOLVERINE, his mom X-23 and his sister ELEKTRA were saved in Hemet, California. The wonderful lady that lives in a mobile home saved them from the very cruel neighbors. She fostered them till they were ready for us to take them. Meet WOLVERINE, a sweet and curious Turkish Van mix from Hemet, California, whose stunning yellow eyes and shiny coat will captivate you at first glance. While he may be a bit shy initially, once he builds trust with you, WOLVERINE transforms into an affectionate, cuddly companion who loves nothing more than curling up for a cozy snuggle session. His gentle nature and playful spirit make him an irresistible friend, always eager to explore new things and share love with those he holds dear. WOLVERINE has a particular fondness for wet food and Churu treats, which he eagerly devours, making meal time a delightful experience. His playful side shines through when he’s chasing after toys, leaping with agility, and engaging in his favorite games. He’s also a highly curious and inquisitive kitty, constantly exploring his surroundings and investigating every nook and cranny, making him a little adventurer at heart. One of WOLVERINE’s most special relationships is with his sister, ELEKTRA. The two love each other, spending hours together, playing and cuddling. Their companionship is a heartwarming sight, and they absolutely love being in each other’s company. Whether they’re snuggling up for a nap or embarking on a playful chase. WOLVERINE is looking for a loving family who will appreciate his quiet, thoughtful nature and understand his need for patience while he gets comfortable in a new environment. Once he’s given the time and space to trust, he will reward his family with endless affection, laughter, and curiosity. A home where he can continue his playful would be the perfect place for this sweet, inquisitive boy. Are you ready to share your home with WOLVERINE? He will bring warmth, love, and adventure to your life. For more information, please go to our website: Workinwhiskers.com WOLVERINE is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TURKISH VAN MIX.
