Lilly is a silver-gray Weimaraner with soft eyes that still light up every time a person walks into the room. At ten years old she’s spent her entire life as a house dog—never kenneled outside, never left alone in a yard. She’s completely house-trained, quiet indoors, and far more interested in curling up near your feet or resting her head on your lap than she is in other dogs. She’s the kind of companion who greets you like you’ve been gone a year even if you only stepped outside for the mail. People are her whole world. We’re moving to a new home where we simply won’t be able to take her with us, and that breaks our hearts. Lilly deserves to keep living the indoor life she’s always known—with someone who will talk to her, pet her, and let her be the devoted shadow she’s always been. If you have a calm, loving home and room in your heart for a gentle, people-oriented girl who’s ready to settle in and stay, we’d love to talk.

Story
Homie is a very sweet dog whose owner became ill and moved leaving him behind. The owner was unable to care for Homie or himself properly. A sweet, patient and loyal dog who deserves to live out his life in a loving home. Would be great companion for retiree or anyone.I co-own the property where he lives and would love to take him but I live in a different city, an apt and there are rent restrictions on the number of pets I can have. Homie may bark if strangers approach property but is friendly. i have never seen any aggression towards people or other animals. He currently lives with a cat Buddy and they are best friends. An indoor dog but spends a lot of time outside lying in the sun just relaxing. He currently lives on a large property and something similar would be ideal for Homie. He is in the Crossville, TN. I can transport to Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville etc., surrounding areas.A family member is watching him currently but is elderly and unable to keep.

Meet Honey 🍯💛 Honey is an eight-year-old, 78-pound Pit Bull Terrier mix with a big heart and plenty of life left in her at eight-years-old. Honey arrived at the shelter with Locust after the two were picked up by a DoorDash driver and left in a small pen at the shelter. We recently learned more about their story and discovered that they originally had a family who had to give them up because their landlord would not allow them to stay. 💔 Honey and Locust have been together, and they can be adopted together or separately. Locust is protective of Honey, although he also picks on her a bit. 😂 They do love to play together, and despite Honey being eight years old, these two certainly don’t act their age! They have plenty of playful energy and fun left in them.
