Story
`Honeybear is a lively, affectionate girl who came to us as a stray on 1/9/26 and quickly made herself right at home. She’s friendly, outgoing, and full of personality, with a playful, high-energy side that keeps life fun. Honeybear is house-trained and crate-trained, does well in a calm home environment, and loves being close to her people—so much so that she happily sleeps in bed with them. She enjoys plush toys (Lamb Chop is a favorite), walks fairly well on leash, and while baths aren’t her thing, she loves jumping into pools. Curious and bright, she does best with structure and enrichment to keep her busy and engaged.Honeybear thrives when given time, consistency, and thoughtful guidance. She prefers slow, structured introductions to new people and dogs and enjoys choosing her friends rather than being rushed into social situations. A quieter lifestyle suits her best, with controlled dog meet-and-greets and calm walking routes instead of busy parks or downtown areas. She values her special items and meals, so a home that respects her space and uses positive reinforcement will help her feel safe and confident. With patience and understanding, Honeybear’s sweet, fun-loving personality truly shines, making her a wonderful match for an adopter ready to build a trusting, rewarding bond with a very special girl.`
