Story

Niabi may be a little shy at first, but give her a day, a few tasty treats, and a little patience—and you’ll discover the sweetest velcro girl you could ask for. Once she bonds, she’s all yours, happily sticking by your side through every part of the day. She tends to connect more quickly with women, while men may need to give her a bit of extra time to earn her trust. But once she feels safe, her true personality shines—happy, playful, and full of life! Niabi LOVES to play, and stuffed toys don’t stand a chance in her world—she’ll happily shred them like it’s her full-time job. She’s also got the cutest excitement hops, jumping up in the air when it’s time to eat or go potty. It’s impossible not to smile watching her celebrate the little things. She does great with other dogs and even cats, making her a wonderful addition to a multi-pet home. And when she chooses her person, she loves deeply—staying close, soaking up affection, and giving it right back. Niabi is looking for a patient, understanding home that will let her warm up at her own pace—and in return, she’ll give you a loyal, joyful best friend for life Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story

Hi! I’m Papaya, but my friends call me Pya! I’m a beautiful 1½-year-old, 25-pound Whippet with gorgeous brindle coloring and a personality that’s just as amazing as I am! I’m a well-behaved girl who has free rein of my foster home because I don’t get into mischief. I’m also potty trained and know that outside is where I do my business. At night, you can find me curled up on the couch or snuggled in bed with my foster mom. I absolutely love other dogs, big or small! I haven’t met a cat yet, so that’s still a mystery. Kids would be wonderful, too, and my foster mom thinks I’d do great with children of all ages. I’m an active girl who would love a fenced-in yard or a family that enjoys long walks, adventures, or even going for a run together. I do need a little leash training because I get so excited that I tend to pull. But hey, I’m still young and eager to learn! I rarely bark, and when the resident dogs get noisy, I sometimes get a little nervous and retreat to the bedroom until things quiet down. Car rides make me a bit nervous, too, but a few kind words and gentle pets help me feel better. I have plenty of energy, but don't let that fool you—I have an off switch! A few good belly rubs and I'm ready to settle right down. I’m sweet, loving, well-mannered, and ready to find my forever family. If you think we might be a perfect match, I’d love to meet you and answer all your questions! Could you be the one to make my forever dreams come true? Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, dental, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 30, 2026, 1:14 am

Story

Hi, my name is Maddi and I am from Minnesota! A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by Rare Breed Dog Treats! The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $175.00 will be applied during the contract process. Maddi is a sweet girl looking for a calm, patient home where she can build confidence and discover how wonderful the world can be! She feels most comfortable with another friendly dog by her side, and canine companions help her feel safe and have fun. Maddi would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, as the big world outside can still feel a little overwhelming. She’s working hard on her potty training and does best with a consistent schedule and regular opportunities to go outside. She’s even learned to use pee pads when needed! When she’s not enjoying time with her dog friends, Maddi’s favorite place is curled up beside you or cozied under a blanket. With patience, consistency, and positive training, Maddi is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. Her ideal home is quiet and patient, with people committed to positive training. Especially with helping her become more confident in new outdoor environments. With time and consistency, Maddi has all the potential to truly shine. From the Vet: Maddi completed her full heartworm treatment protocol as of 9/4/26. Yay for Maddi! We recommend that Maddi have a repeat heartworm test performed at 9 months post treatment (June 2026) and stay on monthly prevention year round so she is always protected and never has to go through this again! A young dog like Maddi should have little to no impact on her overall health as a result of the previous infection and treatment. We are so happy for her and hope she finds her forever home soon after all she has been through!
