She was loved in her home but Jessie just could not adjust to being an only dog.  She's in a foster home with other sighthounds and a fenced yard.  Jessie is doing quite well in her foster home with companions and is ready for her forever home.___________________________________________Original PostingJessie is an adorable Whippet mix who recently arrived from China as a meat trade survivor.  Jessie is 3 years old and sweet as can be. Story
Artimis is a hurricane rescue from Puerto Rico. She has been a great dog for the family for the past 6 years. She loves going on walks, sleeping in sun spots, curling up on cushions, and pretending the rest of the outside world doesn't exist. In passing she is great with other dogs, children, and people, but she can become stressed when she is overexposed to others for to long. She has been under a lot of stress since had a lot of life changes and needs a quiet(er) home. Some fun things to know: She can teach you how to field dress a snake. She will surgically dismantle any toy you give her that has stitches. She will absolutely catch that annoying fly that's been buzzing around your house. If you put her under a blanket, she will never move again. She will find food. Even if there has never been food in that room before, she will find it. Artemis has sever skin allergies that are treated with Prednisone. She will need to be on 5mg of Prednisone per day.
