Story
Meet Noodle, We spotted Noodle wandering the streets of Memphis, and this poor girl was skin and bones. She was scared and ran off, so we left her food and water and came back the next day hoping shed still be around. Lucky for us, she was curious about another dog being walked nearby, and we were finally able to get a slip lead on her and bring her to safety. No chip. No collar. No one came looking for her. But somehow, this sweet girl is still full of love. Noodle is estimated to be 1-2 years old, heartworm negative, LOVES other dogs OBSESSED with toys No accidents in the house Loves attention and being loved on Sweet, gentle, and ready for a fresh start Noodle went from surviving on the streets to learning what it feels like to be safe, loved, and spoiled. Now she just needs her forever family. Who wants to show this little noodle what a forever home feels like? —- Transport is an additional $185 A few key notes about our Rescue... 1. Story
My name is Jasper, and I'm the sweetest little 5 month old, 18 pound love that you'll ever meet. I can be a little shy at first, but give me a little time and I’ll be full speed ahead! I’m just checking everything out before deciding if I want to stay—and making sure you have all the important things: good food, fun toys and a soft bed. Once I decide you’re my person, I’ll most likely become your very best friend! This puppy Is spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for all of the intestinal parasites, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Because intestinal parasites are cyclical, your puppy may need additional treatment once you get him/her home. This is common and nothing to be alarmed about. Puppies and dogs need to be treated periodically for parasites throughout their entire lives. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! More and more of our adopters are having fun with DNA tests on their pups. You might ask yourself why our breed guess is varying degrees of difference from the DNA tests. Most of our puppies are rescued from high kill shelters or other abandonment situations and we have no info on parents. When we rescue puppies that have no background info, we make our very best educated guess as to breed mix and age. Our guesstimate comes from years and years and years of animal welfare work and training, but our guesses won't always agree with your vet, your neighbor, your DNA test, etc. The most important thing to know about your puppy's breed mix is that most likely he/she is a Super Lovable Mutt made of many many many different breeds. If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get an automatically generated confirmation email. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.

Charlie - The Big-Eared Sweetie Pie Imagine this tiny puppy, hungry and frightened, with no idea where he is or why the people he trusted left him behind. That was Charlie’s reality when he was found dumped and abandoned on a beach in Puerto Rico. 😢 He was scared. He was hungry. And he was all alone. But then someone stopped and saw him. Someone cared. And little by little, Charlie began to discover that the world could be a kind place after all. ❤️ Today, this adorable little boy is showing his foster family what a sweet soul he truly is. Charlie is super gentle, incredibly loving, and absolutely precious — especially those BIG, adorable ears! 🥹🐾 He loves being around people and is wonderful with kids, cats, and other dogs. He has so much love to give and just needs what every puppy deserves: a safe home, a soft place to sleep, and someone who will never abandon him again. Charlie is currently in Puerto Rico with his foster family, who adore him and know he will be a wonderful addition to any family. He is so full of love and fun! His adoption fee includes transportation to anywhere in the mainland US (except the west coast). Charlie has already survived the hardest part of his story. Now he’s waiting for the part where he gets his happily ever after. 💙 Charlie is ready for his forever family.
