Meet Louie! Your New Best Friend Is Waiting! Say hello to Louie, a sweet 1-year-old Biewer Terrier who is looking for a loving forever home through Furkids! With his petite size and adorable charm, Louie has so much potential to become a cherished companion for a family willing to give him the time, patience, and understanding he needs to feel safe. Biewer Terriers are small companion dogs known for their playful personalities, affectionate nature, and devotion to their people. They often enjoy being close to those they trust and can make wonderful little companions. Every dog is unique, and Louie is looking for a special family who will help him discover just how wonderful life can be. Louie is a scared little guy who may feel nervous when meeting new people or experiencing unfamiliar situations. He will need a calm, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace without being rushed. Gentle encouragement, positive experiences, and a predictable routine can help him begin building trust and confidence. Louie may need some extra time to come out of his shell, but he deserves the chance to feel secure and learn that the world can be a kind and loving place. Louie is also not currently able to walk on a leash, so his new family should be prepared to work with him slowly and positively as he learns this important skill. Because of his small size and leash limitations, Louie requires a home with a secure, fenced-in yard that is safe for a small-breed dog. Having a secure outdoor space will allow him to enjoy fresh air and explore safely while he continues learning and gaining confidence. At 1 year old, Louie is still young and has plenty of life ahead of him. Although he may need extra support as he adjusts to his new surroundings, he has the opportunity to grow into a more confident companion with patience, consistency, and love. He is looking for someone who understands that the most rewarding relationships sometimes take time to blossom. Ready to give Louie the loving home he deserves? Adopt Louie through Furkids! Adoption fee: $550 Adopters must be at least 21 years old. Louie is waiting for a family willing to see past his fears and give him the time and security he needs to feel at home. With a gentle approach and a loving heart, you could help this little guy discover the joy of having a family of his own. Could you be the safe place Louie has been waiting for?

Story
Pilot is a one year old male, mixed breed. He is very loving and playful. Every day is an adventure in his eyes. He spends the day running and playing with the other dogs. In between laps around the yard, he stops to check in with his foster mom and give her a few kisses and get some love. Pilot is a normal dog except he has a stricture that prevents food from moving into his stomach normally. This only means he needs to eat very wet food so it can move normally into his stomach. Pilot is a normal dog in every other way. This handsome boy would be a great camping or hiking buddy. He would do best with an active owner who wants a constant companion or partner in crime. Another dog to play with would be an awesome bonus. If you are interested in Pilot, please submit an application at WetNosesAnimalRescue.org.

Story
Dutches is 3 and half years old sweet girl. I found her on the road 3 weeks ago. Since then I found the owner, but he can no longer take care of her. Since Dutches was under our care, we got her fully vaccinated and spayed. We also did a blood work, since she has never been to a vet before. Dutches is friendly with us and with our children ages 6-14. She is also friendly with our dogs and foster puppy. She does not get a long with other pit-bulls, or it might take her some time to get used to them. She is calm when needed and playful when she gets a chance. She is not good with sharing her food and tennis ball. Strong recourse guarding that needs to be worked on. We kept our dogs separate from her during meal times. She let us shower her, clean her ears and trim her nails. She is fully potty trained, but needs to learn basic commands. She would be a perfect candidate for people with busy schedules as she just lays around like a cat until we let her out to play. Preferably no other dogs

Story
Bella is 6 months and i fosterd a litter a few months ago and she was part of it. The owner had trouble with her peeing on the couch and bed so I took her back and she has not had any mistakes in my house I think she had created anxiety because the owner allowed her to stay in there too long and she eventually peed in the crated so I don't think the crate is going to work in her life. She's really loving and active but needs to be socialized more. The previous owner I do not believe took her out too many places But I have taken to her Lowe's and home Depot and she has done fine just a little bit standoffishAlso, I think another dog would be a good thing for her to have for a playmate which I have one that she likes to play with as well. She does have lots of energy of As always I give a guarantee if there's a problem I will take her back just like I did this time. But I don't foresee any problems with her. She's just a young puppy that needs to be loved and understood
