Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Beautiful Jolene came to Mutt Love when her human dad died unexpectedly at the young age of 45 from a heart attack and her vet reached out to us.  Jolene is sweet, a little shy on first meet but warms up quickly.  Jolene is about 3 years old and weighs about 60 pounds.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org. Meet Waylon! 🐾❤️ Waylon is an absolutely adorable 2-year-old Pointer/Hound mix with the softest, most soulful eyes and a sweet, earnest expression that melts you the moment he looks your way. He has this gentle little head tilt that makes him look like he’s truly listening to every word you say — it’s impossible not to fall for him. Waylon is a tender, humble boy who just wants to be close to his people. He’ll quietly follow you around, happy to be near you and share in whatever you’re doing. He starts off a bit shy, but once he trusts you, he opens up into the most loving, loyal little shadow. Waylon does wonderfully with kids, loves other dogs, and even does well with cats, making him an easy fit into a wide variety of homes. He’s already crate trained and picking up on new routines and commands fast — he truly wants to please. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find a family who will cherish his gentle heart and lovable personality. If you’re looking for a dog who radiates sweetness and has the cutest face you’ll ever meet, Waylon is your boy. 🏡❤️ RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog.
