Meet Willow! The sweetest shadow you’ll ever have! Willow is a gentle, 10 month old girl weighing about 38 pounds. She has a beautiful black coat, with a patch of white on her chest and adorable speckled toes. She’s a calm, loving soul who settles easily into a calm home life and just wants to be close to her person. This little lady is fully crate trained, wonderfully polite, and loves nothing more than curling up on the couch or quietly dozing under your desk while you work from home. Willow can be a bit timid at first, but she warms up quickly and soon becomes your loyal companion. Once she trusts you, she’ll follow you everywhere with her signature, soft, sweet presence. Willow gets along with other calm dogs, enjoys being outdoors, and—being young—would make the perfect adventure buddy for someone who loves exploring. Whether you’re heading out for a weekend hike or simply relaxing at home, Willow is happy as long as she’s by your side. Willow lacks confidence outside and needs a capable handler who can help her feel less anxious in her environment. She needs another dog in the home to help build confidence. Willow would prefer a more calm home with older kids. She is just settling into her foster home and while she is doing well, we know she is still decompressing and trying to adjust to her new situation. When she moves to her forever home, a little patience will help her a lot. If you’re looking for a tenderhearted, easy-going companion who will bring warmth and quiet joy into your life, Willow might just be your girl. Willow is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $525   We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Hi, I am Nikki! I am the perfect age to bring fun and love into your home. I still have plenty of playful energy. I love running, playing, and trips to the beach, but I also know when it is time to be calm, cuddly, and sweet. I get along well with other dogs and would love a canine friend, though cats are not really my thing. Kids are great too, especially older ones, but sometimes I get excited and jump up. My dream home would be with an active family that enjoys walks, runs, or beach days. Afterward, I will happily snuggle up with you.If you want a playful dog to be by your side then I am yout girl. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Story
Name: Taki Age: 2 years Sex: Neutered male Breed: Pointer mix Color: White & Black Weight: 16 kg Height (shoulder): 57 cm   Rescue Story Taki entered a municipal shelter in December 2025, wearing a collar, which suggests he may have been abandoned. He was rescued just before euthanasia and transferred to our care in March.   ‍‍ With People Taki is an affectionate and social boy who loves being around people. He happily approaches both familiar and new people, leaning in for pets and attention. He is comfortable being handled and can be picked up by placing arms under his belly. Once he bonds with you, he will even roll over to show his belly.   With Other Dogs Taki is friendly and eager to interact with other dogs. He approaches both familiar and unfamiliar dogs to greet and invite them to play. If other dogs don’t engage, he may bark to express his desire to join in. He tends to be more comfortable with dogs of similar or smaller size and will avoid overly energetic or confrontational dogs. While he enjoys playing with dogs, he generally prefers people over other dogs when given the choice.   With Cats When he sees cats during walks, he shows curiosity but can be redirected easily and follows his handler well. Cat testing is available upon request.   Energy Level Taki has a moderate energy level. He enjoys outdoor activities and playtime, but he settles down nicely afterward. He loves to play, but his stamina is not very high—he often lies down to rest during play sessions.   ‍ Walks Taki is curious and enjoys sniffing, so he tends to move side to side during walks. He may pull occasionally when excited, and he is currently learning to walk calmly beside his handler.   Other Notes   Not possessive over food with people or dogs, but has a strong appetite and may try to take others’ food May show mild separation-related barking at first, but settles down after a while Uses barking to express wants, especially toward other dogs during play Very responsive and perceptive—he reads human emotions well and quickly understands boundaries Calm and quiet in a kennel Rides well in a crate and gets in and out of the car on his own Currently does outdoor potty   Personality Taki is a simple, pure-hearted, and joyful dog who brings warmth and happiness to those around him. His innocent and loving nature makes him incredibly endearing. Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org Please also visit our Facebook and Instagram! Story
Hi, my name is Brax! I’m approximately seven months old and weigh around 35 pounds. My people think I may be a German Short Haired Pointer/Blue Heeler mix-but whatever I am, I’m 100% lovable! I have a heart as big as Texas and truly love everyone I meet. I was found roaming a neighborhood with a few other dogs, with no owner in sight. Thankfully, a kind person stopped to help me, and now I’m safe and ready to find my forever home. I’m so grateful for my second chance! I’m a well-mannered boy, both house trained and crate trained. I have never chewed on anything I was not suppose to, but I have plenty of toys in my foster home. I walk on a leash and absolutely love getting out and about—whether it’s a neighborhood stroll or a future hiking adventure (hint hint) I am a smart pup and already know a few commands. I’m dog friendly and would be happy to have a furry sibling, but I’d also do just fine soaking up all the love as your one and only. I have been socialized with both large and small breed dogs. I have never been around cats so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. My people describe me as sweet, energetic and well-rounded—the kind of dog who fits right into a family and makes every day a little brighter. I might be better suited for kids eight and up because I am a rambunctious puppy that could accidentally know over a smaller child. I have been around children starting with the age of 9. There are nine grandkids that come to visit. I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped—ready to go home with you! Could I be your perfect match? Please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for application instructions.
