Story
We are looking to responsibly rehome our 9-month-old Xoloitzcuintli, Leo. He is a beautiful, intelligent dog with a lot of potential in the right environment. Up to date on all of his shots/Needs to be neutered. Hairless/no shedding or fleas! He is very well-behaved with/has a consistent temperament with adults. However, he has not done as well with children. Because of this, we have made the difficult decision that our home is not the right fit. We know he must go to an adults-only home, ideally with someone experienced with the breed or with dogs that need clear boundaries and structure. If you are interested and feel you can provide the right environment and proper training for him, please reach out. We just want him to go somewhere he'll be given consistency, time, energy, exercise, (bike-rides/walks/runs) and continued love, care (sunscreen/protein-based food), and lots of chewy toys. Rehoming fee is well below the average consistent with Xolo puppies.

Cash is a 6 year old male, 20 lbs, house trained sweet dog. I adopted Cash when he was 4 months from Hop Along Adoption. Due to severe allergies, I need to rehome Cash. He is good with other pets after his nerves settle, he is really playful and loves hugs. I have a small grand daughter and he is good with her, follows her around.

She loves a walk around the block and will help aerate lawns by enthusiastically back-kicking after potties. Lady Bug is food motivated and smart. While she's a calm, mature gal (est. 7 years old) she happily dances at meal time and wakes up with smiles and gallops to greet each day. She's learned to go in her crate on command and responds well to gentle 'ah ah's. Lady Bug is timid around strangers - she barks and growls -but just needs a few minutes to get to know them and then is all wags. Cold morning temperatures make her shiver, so she would enjoy living somewhere hot where she could sun bathe. Not a super barky little girl; however, she feels it is her duty to let the mailman know he offends her by being in her eyesight. Lady Bug has learned to get along with the big labrador she currently lives with. At the dog park, she interacted with little dogs well and appeared to want to play. She has seen cats, but does not have much interest in them. Lady Bug has not been tested with kids but, because she is so small, gentle children over 10 would be bestLady Bug came to us as a stray and it's evident from her behavior of needing to be close to her person, she would benefit from confidence building.
