Tiny is an energetic loving dog, a friend asked me to take her in because she was moving out of state and could not take her. I got her the first shots about a year ago and she is chipped but unfortunately I can afford to keep her as I am going through hardship times right now trying to maintain my family and paying bills. She is good with kids and cats and other dogs. But unfortunately I work and don’t have the time I wish I had to dedicate it to her. She deserves a proper home and to be with parents that have time for her and are able to take her to the vets and get her all the things she needs. She is loving and I hate I can’t be the parents she needs and just hope to find her the right home.

Tr trixie is only 10 years old but unfortunately she became diabetic a year and a half ago. She’s doing well with four units of insulin twice a day and she needs a diet low in carbohydrates. I make her food with chicken breast and vegetables. Plus, I add a kibble, low fat. Unfortunately, my husband died about two years ago, and my income has dropped dramatically. I can’t afford the insulin, the vet check ups, the needles, special food etc. that goes with a diabetic dog. She is a sweet dog that everybody loves. And she is still very active.But she now has cataracts and can’t see well so she tends to bark at anything that moves when she’s out walking. I’m moving so I need to rehome my sweet little girl, she is housebroken, but I do have a dog door so she goes in and out at will. trixie is a Chorkie -Chihuahua and Yorkshire terrier

His name should be greGaryous! At 12 (going on 13) years old, Gary is living his best life now that he is part of Lionels Legacy. He is curious, intelligent, and absolutely devoted to his human, once you show him how much you adore him. He is a tidbit of a dog, with a giant heart. He is delightful to have around and one of the easiest dogs you will ever encounter. He can navigate your potty rules once he knows them. With fosters, he has run to the door and asked to go outside, or he will use a pee pad if it is an option, too. He will mark a bit when he first gets to a new place but will happily accept a belly band while he learns the rules. As with any older dog, there can be misunderstandings and accidents related to potty training. Patience is required. Garebear is a total couch cuddler. You sit, and within seconds he is at your feet asking for uppies. He will follow you around inside or out and then abruptly decide to bask in the sun or go find his bed for a snooze.His eyes get crusty from dry eye condition. But he is very good natured about having his face cleaned and getting his eye drops. Gary is the type of dog that is easily overlooked at first. He is tiny, kinda scruffy and blurry eyed at times. But his huge personality and open heart will just bowl you over.
