Meet Ham and Harley, two 9-year-old, male, litter mates whose mother is no longer able to care for them. We were told they were Morkies (Maltese/Yorkie). They weigh 8 and 10 lbs. These super sweet boys want nothing more than a lap to cuddle next to. They are potty pad trained but love running around in a backyard. Ham is a food bully, so they have to be separated when they eat but they love doing everything else together. Meet 2 year old Gabe, a sweet, calm, loving boy who loves dogs and people! He was found with several other dogs, possibly family members, on a deserted country road. We don’t know how they ended up out there all alone but we are very thankful that some volunteers found them! Gabe is looking for a home with other dogs as all of these pups are super dog social. Gabe is very attentive with great recall. He spends his days playing with the other pups or sleeping right next to his humans. Preferably ON his humans! He has never been around children but he has a soft temperament and we think that he would be great with some young human siblings! He comes neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations and microchipped.

Gracie is approximately two years old, 15lbs and just the sweetest girl. She checks all of the boxes. She is crate trained, house trained, great with other dogs and she’s a friendly snuggle bug! Gracie is looking for a home with another dog so if you have a dog at home that would like a friend, maybe Gracie is the one for you! She does need to be adopted in the Kansas City area as she is being treated for heart worms at the rescue’s expense. Gracie comes up-to-date on her vaccinations, spayed and microchipped.

Millie is a 4 month old Yorkie, Bichon mix- a YorkieChon! She is the biggest cuddle bug with a typical puppy spirit! Shes great with kids and our two big labs. While almost mastered potty time outside, if she has an accident it’s always on a potty pad. While she’s not a fan of her kennel, she will lay down if she can see you. She for sure loves to cuddle with us all night! She’s a silly girl that would be perfect for someone who works from home or a new puppy family. She doesn’t play rough or bite, she’s well behaved and we’ve loved having her!

Oh my! Meet Gizmo…the cutest 1 year old terrier who loves dogs, loves people, loves to play and loves to cuddle. What a darling pup! He was found as a stray with three other possible family members on a deserted country road. We have no idea how him and his little friends/family ended up out there but we are super glad that a volunteer found them and brought them to us. Gizmo is looking for a home with another dog. He hasn’t been around children but we think that he would love to have some human brothers or sisters! He has a soft temperament and is just an all-around sweet and perfect young dog. He comes neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations and microchipped.

1 year old Gabby is a little 7lb Yorkie who can leap like a deer, and who is the wiggliest, friendliest little sprite who is looking for a home with another doggy friend. She is super dog social as well as the best little snuggle buddy to her human friends. She was found on a deserted country road with some other small pups. We don’t know how she ended up out there but we are very thankful to our volunteers that found her and her friends. She has a scar down her back and she is missing quite a bit of her hair but she is still as cute as can be. She has never been around any children but with her soft and sweet temperament, we think that she would be great with small human siblings. She will come spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations and microchipped.
