Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Snoopy (13) and Libby (14) are a bonded pair of senior sweethearts who recently lost their beloved mom, a dedicated member of our Haven to Home foster family. While they are being lovingly cared for, what they truly need now is a quiet, permanent home where they can spend their golden years together, surrounded by love. Despite their ages, both are in good health and remain fairly active. Snoopy still has a playful spark and often acts much younger than his 13 years. Libby, a gentle little soul, stays close by his side. They take comfort in one another, and it’s clear their bond brings them a sense of security during this transition. They are not fully house-trained, and Libby is currently wearing a diaper, but with a consistent schedule and regular trips outside, they are doing very well. Their caretaker has seen great progress with routine and patience. Both dogs are fully vetted—up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, have had recent dentals, and are on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If you have a soft spot for senior dogs, Snoopy and Libby will reward you with quiet companionship, gentle affection, and grateful hearts. Opening your home to them is not only giving them the comfort they deserve—it’s also a beautiful way to honor the memory of the foster who loved them so much.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Click here for the ADOPTION APPLICATION if you are interested in adopting this pet. Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.  We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.  Thank you!June 10, 2026, 8:40 am
