Meet Toto!!Sweet, shy Toto is looking for his forever home! We don't know much about his past but it's safe to say he did not have a lot of human interaction. He's been with me a few months now and has come such a long way! He gets along well with all my other dogs. He loves to be outside so a fenced in yard is ideal. He has been fully vetted and housebroken. Yay! We are working on leash training. It will take him a bit to warm up to strangers so please have patience. We are guessing that he is around 5 or 6 years old. He appears to be a terrier (possibly border terrier) mix. He has the cutest little underbite and Justin Bieber hair! Quincy is housebroken, quiet, and wonderfully low-maintenance. He can be timid at first, but with patience and consistency he blossoms—his foster says it took a couple of weeks before he was comfortable being petted, and now he wags his tail, gives sweet little kisses, and truly enjoys being near his person. What Quincy Needs: • A home with no children under 10 • A fenced yard—he has recently started running and really enjoys having safe space to explore • A family willing to continue his slow and steady confidence building Training & Routine: Quincy is not yet leash trained, but is making progress. At night, he wears belly bands just as a precaution. He came into rescue very bloated, but with weight-management food and proper portioning, his energy has improved tremendously. Personality: Quincy is independent and likes having his own beds—one beside his foster’s bed and one next to the recliner. He isn’t a lapdog, but he loves being close by, observing quietly, and soaking up gentle affection as he continues to trust.
