Story
Meet Lil! 💕✨ Our beautiful, resilient little fighter is looking for her perfect forever home. Lil came to us extremely dehydrated and had to overcome some massive health hurdles, including fighting off Cryptosporidium and navigating life with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH). She worked so hard to get healthy, and now she is ready to find a family who will cherish her just as she deserves! Lil is incredibly sweet, friendly, and absolutely loves attention. Because of her CH, she knows she is a bit more vulnerable than other cats, which makes her a little hesitant at first. She is a girl who values manners and patience! She doesn’t like to feel chased, but if you invite her over and wait, she will happily come to you. She has a few specific preferences that help her feel secure: • Back pets while standing are a no-go—it throws off her balance. • Laying down or leaning against something is her absolute favorite way to get loved on. • Face cuddles are her specialty! She loves to rub on your legs and cuddle her face right into your arm. Lil will likely be beautifully wobbly for life, but don't let that fool you—she does great with stairs, uses the litter box perfectly, and doesn't let her wobbles keep her from playing with the other kittens. In fact, she’s actually quite fast when she gets zooming! Lil is fully vetted and comes with an amazing send-off package to set her up for success: • Spayed, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative • Fully vaccinated (complete Rabies & FVRCP series) • Dewormed and up to date on broad-spectrum antiparasitics • 30-day free trial of Trupanion pet insurance • Lifetime pet pharmacy discount • Discounted new pet consult + 2 free nail trims at Vibrissae • Limited-time bonus: A backpack-style pet carrier! If you have gentle hands, a patient heart, and the perfect spot for Lil to lean against while you pet her, she is currently accepting applications! 📝 Apply to adopt this special girl here: bit.ly/KitumbraAdopt #kitumbra #R

Story
I got Daisy back in 2022 from a family friend. She was 3 months and fully potty trained. She is a sweet and loving cat. She loves to play and loves being pet and showered in affection. She is really small as well. She was pregnant once so she has a bit of a belly but has been fixed since then! I’m hoping to find Daisy a loving and caring home where she can get all the affection she needs! She came with Gatsby (the other cat shown) and I’d prefer to keep them together but am okay with separating them if need be. Unfortunately I am moving and am unable to take the cats with me

Story
Amber is stunning orange lady with very unique Abyssinian coloring. She has a slim muscular build with gorgeous eyes and an extra long tail. There's a bit of mystery surrounding her history, but we know she's going to make a wonderful companion for the right family. Amber was found caring for 2 kittens. This seemed normal at first, until we realized she was spayed and had an ear tip. We assume she was an unwanted pet who became a trap-neuter-release with her two kittens. Safely in a foster home, both Amber and the kittens have flourished. Amber is a confidant lady with a good dose of spiciness or "catitude". She has a few quirks that indicate she was not well socialized as a youngster. She has a tendency to become overstimulated while being petted and will nip at fingers and hands or bite at ankles if her demands for play or pets aren't met immediately. Her foster parents have been working with her to learn this is not acceptable. But, this is the reason she needs placement with an experienced adopter. Amber enjoys being petted and doesn't mind being held. She looks forward to playtime, especially catnip balls. Amber does become a little stressed with new situations but does adjust quickly. While we feel Amber may do best as an only cat, we do think with a gradual, slow introduction, she will be able to live peacefully with another cat. We feel a quieter household without small children would be better for her. Older, respectful children would be fine. Amber is about 2 years old (as of 11/15/25), spayed, up to date on yearly vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. For more information about Amber, please email Lori at apcatrescue@gmail.com
