Story
Persimmon is bonded to his brother Pomegranate and they must be adopted together. They are currently available as a foster to adopt. These big burly boys were found outside, curled up in a tight ball together to try to keep their body heat between them. When they immediately walked up to their rescuer (a stranger), it was clear that they were WAY too friendly to be trying to survive in the Great Outdoors. As a bonded pair, these big boys do everything and go everywhere together. Their favorite activity is to sprawl out on the bed and particularly love it when a human joins them for pets. Although they have discovered that indoors they don't have to curl up so tightly, they do most frequently cuddle with each other. They are generally calm and quiet but also love to play with each other-usually in the morning or evening. A favorite game is hide and seek with one racing the other up and over the bed only to hide under the bed for a surprise attack. It is the best entertainment! Both these boys were neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and have tested negative for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. Pomegranate is been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and his treatment has been keeping symptoms at bay. Both use their big litter boxes and Pomegranate prefers a pee pad at the bottom of his.

Story
Hello, I'm Luke Skywalker, your future feline companion. My tale is a magical one. I was just a regular cat, but one night, under the full moon, I discovered I could speak human language. Startled, I ran away, finding myself here. I'm curious, smart, sweet, and friendly, not to mention a bit goofy and brave. My best friend, Princess Leia, is here too. We're a playful, cuddly, energetic duo who love adventures. I promise to fill your life with purrs, laughter, and endless love. I may not be a Jedi, but I can surely be the hero of your heart. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. The adoption policies and applications can be found at the following links: https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-cat and https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-dog. Fosters are like bridges between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats and dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. Story
Meet Amelia! Amelia is a beautiful, petite, Abyssinian cat, about 2-3 years old. She was found living under someone's porch with her 5 kittens.Amelia came into care last May. She is a "Violet," meaning she is very shy and not your typical house cat. She is great in the litterbox but is not a fan (yet) of being pet, although she has allowed her foster mom to give her medicine orally and vaccinate her with no problems. She just needs time to trust people.Amelia will need a patient person who is able to meet her on her own terms. Someone who will let Amelia just "be" - to be in her new home and explore, and when she is comfortable, to come to her new person to be pet. Amelia 's kitten, Anastasia, and Amelia would be a good pairing if you wanted someone to help Amelia socially. Anastasia is also posted and is a mommy's girl.Amelia will need a quiet, low activity home with no children under the age of 13 years old.Because she is a Violet, her adoption fee is greatly reduced pending an approved application. She is dewormed, spayed, received her rabies vaccine, an FVRCP vaccine, tested negative on a combo test, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. Story
Meet Bailey! Bailey is a petite  Absynnian mix with the greenest of green eyes.. She and her 4 kittens (Mojito, Margarita, Daquiri, and Martini) came to us from a GoodSamaritan who rescues. They were found as strays, all together,Bailey was a fabulous mom with strong morals who kept a tight rein on her kittens. She could often be seen picking up her kittens, stopping them from eating Kitten Chow , and bringing them back to the blanket to nurse. Now that her kitten duties are over, she is ready to find her own home. Bailey is quiet and unassuming, loving, but yet independent, and will often sleep at your feet. She enjoys a sunny window and canned food and gets along well with other cats.Bailey has a tlit head from a previous inner ear infection; however, she requires no extra attention. She just walks with her head tilted to one side. Bailey is in love! Bailey is in a torrid love affair and bonded with another foster cat, Dino. They can constantly be seen together snuggling, grooming each other, and sleeping together. They will need to be adopted together. We have an adoption special for bonded pairs currently!Bailey will be spayed soon, has her FVRCP and will have her rabies vaccine, will be combo tested negative, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. No need to pay every year - it's done! Please let us know if you would like a little Bailey with your coffee. GoodMews22@aol.com April 28, 2024, 3:51 pm
