Meet Jerry! Jerry is a sweet, playful Great Pyrenees mix with a friendly personality and a love for everyone he meets. Whether he's playing in the yard, chewing on his favorite stick or bone, or wrestling with his sister, Jerry is always ready for fun. He's making great progress with his basic manners and is already kennel trained while continuing to work on his house training and leash skills. Jerry settles nicely in his kennel, though he'd much rather be spending time with his people and isn't shy about letting you know he'd prefer your company!
Affectionate, curious, and eager to learn, Jerry is looking for a family that will continue helping him build confidence and grow into a wonderful companion. If you're searching for a playful best friend who's just as happy joining you on an adventure as he is snuggling by your side, Jerry can't wait to meet you!
Jerry is a 3-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Jerry is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
