She gets along with other dogs and enjoys snuggling people. We anticipate her to be small to medium size breed when fully grown. She will come with medical records and an interstate health certificate from a licensed veterinarian confirming good health prior to transport. Story
Colby is a handsome 4 month old, male mixed breed puppy. He has a gorgeous white coat with black accents. He was found abandoned, along with his littermates, in rural Texas. A good samaritan picked them up and brought them to the shelter just in the knick of time- Texas experienced a deep freeze a few days later. He is a sweet boy who loves to play, is good with cats and absolutely adores other dogs. He is fantastic with kids and as you can tell by his photo, clearly is enamored by a little girl from our previous adoption event. Curious about their mix? One of the siblings, Nova, had a Wisdom Panel DNA test done. The litter came back mostly Great Pyrenees (about 71%), with a little Pit Bull Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, Anatolian Shepherd, and even Greyhound mixed in. Like many rescue puppies, they’re a fun blend of breeds and personalities — and each one is completely unique. He is potty trained in his foster home. His adoption will come with a rebate for a low-cost neuter from a local vet clinic. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent him from finding his forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
