Through this program, you can foster me to see if we are a good match before committing to an adoption. Please bring any similar sized dogs to meet me!Cats? With slow intros and close supervision I might do ok living with a feline friend.Kids? I would do best in a home with calmer, older kiddos (13+)Anything else you`d like us to know, Helen? I am undersocialized and the world can be a scary place for me. I am looking for someone with patience and understanding to help with my training and show me the world isn`t all that scary after all!I`m a volunteer favorite and here`s why:`Helen has been warming up by leaps and bounds since she got here as a stray. Nimble was found on 12/6/25 at Terry and Barger. He came into the shelter not yet neutered.If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information!Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed.
