Athena may be the goddess of Wisdom but her previous owners were not very wise. They left her unspayed and then dumped her and her 7 precious babies at the shelter. We stepped in just in time and saved the whole family! So now we have a whole Greek chorus: the girls (Aphrodite - love; Hera - marriage; Demeter - harvest; Calliope - poetry) and the boys (Poseidon - sea; Zeus - sky; and Apollo - sun). Puppies are fun but they do have that toddler period which can be challenging so make sure you are ready to gently train, guide, and love them for the next 15+ years if you decide to bring one of them or their Mama into your heart and home.
