This is a large, powerful Siberian Malamute looking for a new home. Malamutes are intelligent, loyal, and energetic working dogs that do best with owners who understand large northern breeds. He would benefit from a home that can provide regular exercise, consistency, and plenty of space. Experience with large-breed dogs is preferred. A securely fenced yard is ideal. An active individual or family who can provide daily exercise and mental stimulation. Someone willing to continue training and provide consistent leadership. None. Needs the IAMS brand dogfood, large breed. House-trained Crate trained Understands basic commands (Sit, Stay, Down, Come) Walks on a leash Intelligent and learns quickly with consistent training Responds best to positive reinforcement Independent and can be stubborn at times Food motivated Enjoys learning new commands and routines May vocalize by "talking" or howling, which is common for the breed Requires regular exercise to prevent boredom
