Hi! Titan is an absolute sweetheart, he’s 6 years old. Alaskan Malamute. He’s missing an eye due to a glaucoma, it got removed a year ago and he doesn’t seem to care or even notice. He loves care rides and going to the beach. He’s good with dogs, he plays for a few minutes then gets tired and just lays down. He knows sit, lay down, paw, get down, get out, no. Most things you need to point for and give him a moment he will listen. He’s good on a leash, and his recall is pretty good off leash, he’ll walk for as long you want to and he lives to run. He’s not vocal until he gets excited which is usually just for going outside lol. He gets bored of eating sometimes so you just have to let him eat it wherever he’s lying down or bribe into eating with some cheese.

Daisy was acquired from a reputable malamute breeder in Missouri as a puppy. She’s a huge teddy bear that loves being loved on and has such a sweet demeanor. Daisy was raised with 3 children and does great with all ages. She was also raised with another dog and does well but definitely is an alpha female. She does not do well with small pets as she has a high prey drive. She’s 8 years old. Her favorite things to do are going on walks & laying around cuddling. We’re looking for a new home for her due to a recent move and job change. We used to work from home which gave her all the companionship she needed. I’ll be returning to inoffice work and will be gone 10+ hours a day, which is a long time to be gone from her. It’s just not fair. We’re looking for a family that has the time in their schedule to spend with her.

ONYX!1-5 yrs old and now sitting behind bars with a canine companion, YOKA, is ONYX. Bright white fur with those clear colorful malamute eyes, Onyx stares at you waiting for those yummy treats. He sits (kind of lol) on commands, but it takes a moment or two. He startles easily right now as well. With a stature of only about 40 pounds, he glides across the grass in the yard, checking things out.He's surely to be active and energetic, fun and playful.As Onyx arrived with a canine companion, YOKA, it's likely he can get along with other dogs. OBEYS COMMANDS, PROTECTIVE, GOOD ON LEASHBig fluffy 8-year-old HANSEL has been waiting patiently for his turn to walk out the doors of the shelter as newly adopted.Super quiet and easy going in the shelter cage, we normally find him lying down, just sleeping. We don't startle him, though, as surprising a sleeping dog (or human for that matter) might cause a reaction.Malamute savvy folks are encouraged to check this 86-pound guy out as he does have a few quirks including sensitivity around his neck and collar and guarding his food. Large and in-charge Hansel is quite skilled at walking on a leash, which he loves to do. And talk about a head-turner, Hansel will surely get attention from anyone and everyone you pass with his XL frame and XL fluff!Talk about going for walks...you will most likely be lucky to see Hansel's comical side in which he throws himself into certain bushes and proceeds to press his large body against the leaves and branches, back and forth. It is fun to watch as he wrangles around in the leaves and gets tangled in the vines. He also might try to chase joggers, bikers, and small critters he sees during his bush crushing breaks. EmojiHouse trained - he may have an accident once or twice a week - and reliable when left alone free to roam, Hansel has not been around kids nor other dogs. Bring any resident dog in for a meet and greet and let's see if they can coexist. If not, we are sure Hansel would enjoy soaking up all the attention and love himself!Muzzling when at a vet appointment is imperative with Hansel. We believe he is muzzle trained already so check that off the list and let's give Hansel a GOOD BOY for it!If you feel Hansel is meant to be yours, come on in and ask to meet him!
