Curling up in her super cozy bed and snoozing near her “person.” Bia’s got all the good stuff: she’s house-trained (not a single accident in sight!) and is crate-trained (mostly…with a little treat encouragement). In just a few days, she learned “sit,” “place,” and “crate” like a champ. She’s also a pro at bath time and enjoys chewing on hard plastic bones before bed. When it’s mealtime, she’ll wiggle her whole butt with excitement—talk about heart-melting!In her foster home, Bia lives with a chicken and two cats. She’s polite and has shown little interest in the chicken. Her foster mom is working on a slow introduction with the cats, so for now Bia only sees the cats through a baby gate. Sometimes she’s a bit too curious with the cats and comes on “strong,” so a slow, cautious introduction may be best if you have cats. Bia’s even been to work with her foster mom at a veterinary office where she was a calm, relaxed presence around other dogs, mostly preferring to nap behind the desk.Bia’s dream home? One where she can snuggle up at your feet for hours and be your shadow most of the day. She might enjoy the company of other dogs too, though she hasn’t had the chance to make new furry friends in her foster home yet.
