A 5 & 1/2 year old neutered American Bulldog mix, up-to-date to vaccines, Albus is well beyond his puppy stage, but will always have puppy eyes and a wiggle butt happy to greet you. At 75 lbs, Albus is long and lean, like an adorable house-trained little panther. He's tiger-striped, obedient, sweet, and resilient, rescued by Paws Without Borders from shelter deadline, and having bounced into boarding a few times. Albus has a perfect balance of medium energy: one or two spurts of "Let's gooo!" play times, and plenty of "I'll rest here" chill vibes. He's friendly, happy to meet all people (loves people who use canes and wheelchairs), and polite (NEVER scratches doors, NEVER jumps on people, and ALWAYS asks for permission to get on the human bed). He's a Very Good Boy who loves to learn new things. He comes house-trained, kennel trained, harness, muzzle, and shoe-trained, and knows sit, shake (both paws!!), lay down, stay, no, uh uh, and drop it. He also cuddles and gives kisses! She`s an easygoing, SUPER-DUPER sweet little nugget!” “This was my first time walking Mrs. Claus and I’m in love! She is the cutest little meatball with the smooshiest face. She has the cutest bouncy trot with a constantly wagging tail. She’s extremely treat-motivated and sits nicely for treats without being asked. I sat down on a bench and started scratching behind her ears, which she loved. She rested her chin on my knee and snorted/snored in the cutest way. I would have loved to sit with her all day - she’s definitely one of my new favorites.”“Mrs. Claus went to the Bluegrass Festival and she roicked it!! She loaded right up for the ride to the festival, preferring to be on the seat next to you curled up. At the festival, she met the public, was relaxed with all the dogs walking around (even another female PACC fosterthat sat close) and just wanted to be in your lap. Very attentive and smart. She won the hearts of all who met her!”During a short stay in foster Mrs. Claus did well with kids, was a quiet houseguest, and was working on crate training. Her foster described her as a very friendly gal.Mrs. Claus shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent and easygoing overall when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any potential furry roommates before heading home to ensure a good fit. Meet Laguna! Get ready to dive in with Laguna! This sweet girl absolutely adores the water — whether it's splashing in a kiddie pool or chasing sprinklers, she's in her element! Her silliness truly shines when she's playing, guaranteeing endless giggles and happy moments. After all that fun, Laguna transforms into the ultimate snuggle buddy. With her wonderfully soft and gentle personality, she's always ready to curl up for some quality cuddle time. At just over 20 lbs, she's the perfect lap size. Born the end of May to her boxer mom, and we are unsure of who dad is. With her gorgeous eyes and soft fur, we suspect dad may have had some husky in him. Yet, Laguna and her littermates are on the smaller size of those two breeds.  Laguna has done wonderfully with her potty training. Her food motivation has already lead to mastering sit and kennel manners and she's got a great start on leash training. She is up-to-date on her vaccines , is microchipped , and spayed.  Laguna gets along well with dogs of all sizes and is friendly with people. ‍‍ Her reaction to cats is unknown. We have figured out that I'm valley fever positive and my new meds are really helping. Now I’m healthy, happy, and thriving! I’m about 90% kennel trained (sometimes I get so excited I forget and have a tiny accident ). I love hanging out with other dogs, I think kids are awesome, and cats?
