Story
Meet Joey – or as we like to call him, Mr. Joseph, because he’s just that much of a dapper gentleman! Joey is one groovy dude who lives to romp around the play yards and make you giggle. He’s got a real zest for life—whether he’s doing his little air kicks, soaking up the sunshine, or charming everyone with his goofy grin. This sweet guy lives for booty scratches and absolutely beams when he’s praised for being a good boy (which, let’s be honest, is pretty much all the time). Honestly, we don’t think you could ever have a bad day with Joey by your side. If this playful, lovable, and slightly ridiculous gentleman sounds like your kind of vibe, come meet him today. Joey is ready to groove his way into your heart! If you are interested in learning more about Joey, please call 812-988-7362 or submit an adoption application at the link below. After the application is received, an adoption counselor can reach out to you directly. https://www.bchumane.org/adoption-application/ *All dogs will be neutered, vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm tested, current on parasite prevention and microchipped.

Story
Meet Olive – your new best friend! At five years old, Olive found herself without a home — but that hasn’t stopped her from being the sweet, loving girl she’s always been. Olive is a 60-pound American Bulldog mix with a heart full of love and a gentle soul. She gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and even had a feline best friend, showing just how adaptable and kind she truly is. Olive lights up when meeting new people — her tail wags, her eyes sparkle, and while she may get a little excited, she’s never anything but friendly. She’s also crate trained and housebroken, making her an easy addition to just about any household. She’s been through a lot, but Olive hasn’t let that dim her spirit. What she needs now is a family who will give her the love and security she deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s already full of love and ready to share it, Olive just might be your perfect match! Olive is fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, and her adoption fee is $275. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Crash Bandicoot is a 2 year old Bully with a heart as big as his blocky head. Built like a tank but as sweet as syrup, Crash got his name for good reason - he barrels through life with joyful chaos & zero apologies. He tackles everything with unfiltered enthusiasm & just a little bit of stupidity 😆 Crash is dog-friendly, kid-approved & the undisputed king of soliciting attention. He is a social butterfly who loves squeaky toys, cheese & belly rubs - preferably all at once. When he’s not zooming across the yard or practicing his signature crash-landing on the couch, you’ll find him snoring like a freight train in the sunniest spot of the house. He is kennel trained (but objects heavily when there is fun going on around him), good on a leash & food motivated. To adopt Crash please apply on www.pcpittiecommittee.com
