Jack came to New York from Louisiana as a tiny 12-week-old puppy with his mom and sibling and was adopted from a wonderful shelter in Port Washington. He has been a deeply loved member of our family ever since. Jack is affectionate, energetic, and very people-oriented. He loves being close to his person — whether that’s playing outside, going for walks, or curling up next to you while you watch TV. He is playful and sweet with children and enjoys running and playing with other dogs at the park. Due to a recent Parkinson’s diagnosis, it’s no longer safe for me to provide Jack with the level of activity and dog park time he truly deserves. This decision comes from love — we want him to have a home where he can run, play, and thrive. An active family with access to outdoor space would be ideal for this wonderful boy.
