I came to the shelter in November of 2025 as a stray. I was pretty skinny and had to be put on a special feeding plan to get my weight back up. I love people and I'm a social butterfly. I have made some dog friends as well. I can not be in a house with cats.

I am a cuddly and active girl who gets along with other dogs as long as we are able to meet with a slow introduction. I have not been around cats or kids to know how I would do around them yet. When I am out of my crate I will go to the door and let you know I need to go out. I am still working on my crate training as I don’t like to be separated from my humans.  My favorite snacks are hot dogs! I love those things. I also know the command “sit” and will come to you when you call for me. I enjoy the Bark Box fuzzy toys. I like to run in the backyard and play with my fur sibling and oh boy do I love to cuddle. I really love being around my humans and am a very loving dog when I am the one getting all of the attention. I cannot wait to find my very own active family who will give me all the love and attention I deserve and who will be patient with me as I continue to learn. To help me find the perfect match, I’m eligible for Cause for Canines’ Trial Adoption Program! This gives approved adopters a chance to get to know me in their home before making things official. You must be an approved adopter to participate. Meet Debo! He's a big giant baby and thinks he's a lap dog. His owner found himself homeless living in a condemned building. He agreed to surrender Debo considering his living conditions.He's great with other dogs but not yet cat tested.Debo has also had two weeks of intensive training.
