Meet Starlight — a big squishy stuffed-animal collector trapped inside the body of an American Bully mix. ✨ At around 5 years old, Starlight has officially decided that stuffies are EVERYTHING. The moment she walked into the house and spotted a box of plush toys, this girl immediately stopped what she was doing to go shopping. No hesitation. She carefully picked out her favorite toy, proudly carried it around the room, tossed it up in the air for herself, chewed on it happily, and honestly acted like a little kid at Build-A-Bear. Watching her with toys is genuinely adorable because she takes her collection VERY seriously. And honestly? Starlight is kind of iconic for it. This is not the type of dog who needs constant attention, nonstop cuddles, or somebody entertaining her every second of the day. Starlight is an independent queen. She’s happiest just peacefully existing in her space, carrying around a toy, lounging in a comfy spot, and doing her own thing while her people simply let her be herself. That doesn’t mean she isn’t sweet — because she absolutely is. She has the cutest giant smile and this soft squishy face that makes you want to kiss her forehead immediately. She just prefers relationships that move slowly and respectfully. Once she feels comfortable though, she really just wants a peaceful little life: A soft bed. A backyard to wander around tossing her toys in the air. A comfy couch. Her emotional support stuffies. And humans who love her exactly as she is. With other dogs, Starlight is definitely more of a “quiet roommate” type than a social butterfly. During a recent visit with us away from her foster home, she mostly kept to herself, carried her toys around proudly, and focused more on finding cozy little spaces than interacting with the new people and other pups. She wasn’t interested in playing or joining the dog party — honestly, she seemed much more content simply existing nearby and doing her own thing. She did best around calm, respectful dogs who gave her space and didn’t put pressure on her to interact. When dogs approached her, she tolerated them well as long as they stayed easygoing and carefree, but she clearly preferred peaceful coexistence over active friendship. Her perfect dog sibling would basically be another independent little soul who’s happy to share a home, nap in the same room, and mind their own business together like two introverted roommates. But let's be honest, Star Light would prefer being your one and only gal. She’s just a girl who loves her personal space. If she went to a home with another dog, her ideal match would be a super mellow, easygoing dog who’s happy simply existing nearby without trying to wrestle, play constantly, or overwhelm her. She’s not looking for chaos — she’s looking for peaceful company. Starlight also appreciates people who understand and respect her boundaries. She’s made really lovely progress already and showed she’s trying hard to communicate appropriately when she feels unsure. She simply needs humans who will listen to her body language, move slowly with her, and let trust build naturally instead of forcing interactions before she’s ready. Because of that, no kids for Miss Starlight, and no cats either — they’re just a little too exciting for her. A quieter home with a predictable routine and a yard would likely help her feel safest and most comfortable. Short legs, big head, and an even bigger smile… let Billy waddle his way into your heart with his grin and those eyes of his. Challenge- try not to smile while he is headed your way. It’s hard! This blocky little heartthrob is friendly, affectionate, and carries himself with that easy, “happy to be here” energy that just puts people at ease. He greets new people with warmth, leans into love without being pushy, and has a natural way of checking in with his person that is just so endearing. He’s got that built-in desire to please, the kind you don’t have to teach… it’s just who he is. Who knows? Not us with confidence. Our favorite thing about him, besides the winning smile, it’s that he is the sweet spot- happy to join you wherever but never looking to turn your living room into a racetrack. He’s house and crate trained, has lovely manners in the home, and knows how to settle without needing constant direction. He’s met kids and was exactly what you’d hope for… gentle, polite, no jumping, no chaos, just a friendly little guy keeping things calm and easy. The kind of dog who aims to fit into a home instead of flipping it upside down. With other dogs, Billy leans more “mind my business” than party host. He is thoughtful, cautious and even slightly unsure at first, but he listens well to guidance, takes corrections easily, and shows nice social awareness. He does well in playgroups with a wide variety of dogs but clearly has an affection for low to medium energy females. He has been in a foster him with another male dog and he shared toys and wrestled in the dog bed with him. Billy was introduced to our house cat and was curious but did show a respectfulness that makes us feel good that with guidance and a dog-savvy, confident cat he could join a home with a feline friend. Of course, if you are interested we are more than happy to arrange a Kitty Committee Slumber Party to get a clear view of his approach to cats. Also, although he has a wonderful crate routine, he can occasionally get a little vocal when he’s ready to be out and about, so a home environment (rather than apartment living) would suit him best. What really stands out about Billy is how easy he is to love. He’s soft, steady, affectionate, and just wants to be near his people, doing life alongside you without asking for much in return besides some yummy treats and belly scratches. A solid companion with a signature pittie grin and a body built for cozy corners and couch hangs… Billy is ready to be someone’s very good decision and dream bestie. That face that you fell for is the happy-go-lucky heartthrob we call Charlie. He is the kind of dog that meets the world with a big ol’ smile and all the wiggle-wag one dog can physically create. He is a goofball with bouncy joy, the cutest charm, and some amazing cuddles. Charlie is estimated to be just over one-year-old, he weighs 50-pounds, and we think he is a bit of a lab/bulldog mix but truthfully we can’t say for sure given he is a rescue. The only test I could run showed he is 100% sunshine and sweetness. After I spent the day with him I didn’t want him to go- I had fallen for him. He is instantly affectionate and melts into a puddle of belly rub seeking butter. If he doesn’t melt you will feel him lean into you for hugs, and he will even let you scoop him up for an extra sweet cuddle. This guy’s happy energy is contagious and that doesn’t stop with people, he is just as thrilled to make new dog friends as he is to be by your side. The afternoon we spent with Charlie we introduced him to a wide variety of dogs to get a feel for his play style and the types of dogs he enjoys most. It didn’t take long at all for us to be impressed with how friendly and welcoming he was. Even when other dogs came in a little hot or pushy, Charlie handled it with grace. With the right dog, an equally bouncy, playful dog, he showed us he loves a bit of bouncy, physical play but it isn’t his constant. He was comfortable enough to lay down beside brand-new dogs a sign of total trust. He’s the type who only joins in play when invited and isn’t going to push his way in as a third wheel or shut down the fun for them. He isn’t going to cause a stir but will always try to help keep the vibes tuned to fun-loving, calm joy. Charlie does need some leash work, he has the basics down and honestly I feel like I am betraying him to say such a thing because it didn’t bother me one bit. All I could see was a happy boy who was just so excited to explore the world! The more he gets to experience and enjoy the better he will be at pacing himself . That and some practice (and maybe a few treats to reward him for checking-in and walking by your side), he will learn quickly. He is a smart boy, eager to please, and already shows how well he responds when guided gently. He will bond fast and deep with his people. During the time we spent with him, the first person who interacted with him as his handler walked out of the yard, he stayed by the gate waiting- a loyal love bug through and through. Because of that devotion, he may miss you when you go at first, its natural, but with time and routine he will settle into knowing his favorite people always come home. Charlie would do best in a home with a yard and another playful, medium-energy dog to run and romp with. He could adjust to apartment living once his leash manners are polished as long as he gets plenty of playtime and adventures to meet his mental and physical needs. No cats for Charlie though, his eager friendliness does not vibe with cats. We all know cats- if you’re too eager they don’t care for you and that goes for dogs too. Prima Donna is the kind of dog that turns an ordinary day into a good one the second she walks into the room. With her adorable squishy smoosh face, wrinkles for days, and out-of-this-world personality, she has a way of making people smile without even trying. She’s silly, full of joy, and completely devoted to her people. The type of girl who loves HARD and isn’t shy about showing it. Whether she’s making you laugh with her goofy antics or dramatically leaning into you for affection, Prima Donna has that rare feel-good energy that somehow makes everything around her better and she’s undeniably gorgeous. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. What she is without question is adorable, affectionate, and absolutely full of life. She’s got the best squish-worthy wrinkles, the cutest little bubble lip, and the type of giant pittie smile that makes it impossible not to smile back at her. Prima is truly joy on legs. Prima loves people. Like REALLY loves them. She’s the kind of dog who happily walks right up to say hi, asks for pets, leans in for cuddles, and wants to be near her humans as much as possible. Booty scratches? Yes please. Couch naps? Her favorite. Hugs? Absolutely. She’s social, affectionate, and would do great in a home that enjoys having visitors because Prima genuinely believes everyone is her friend. When it comes to playtime, Prima is ALL in. Toys are her thing! Stuffies, balls, tug toys, chew toys… she loves them all. She’ll happily play fetch, tug like a professional athlete, or entertain herself zooming around the yard when the mood strikes. She has that fun bouncy energy while also knowing how to settle down and fully enjoy a nap afterward. That love for people was also very obvious when Prima met a 5 year old little boy too. She was immediately affectionate, wanted to lean all over him for pets, happily took treats from him, and truly acted like she had made a new best friend LOL. Prima is just one of those dogs that loves BIG and with her whole entire body, which is adorable… but also means she has absolutely zero concept of personal space or spatial awareness sometimes. She’s built more like an enthusiastic wrecking ball of affection than a gentle dainty princess LOL. Because of her mouthy playful tendencies and her tendency to accidentally bulldoze people with love, we do think she would do best in a home with older kids that are comfortable around bigger bully-type dogs, can confidently set boundaries with her, and would actually enjoy her goofy rough-and-rowdy style of affection and play. Prima is dog friendly, does well walking by other dogs, and has participated in multiple playgroups. She brings full Beyoncé confidence into every group and struts around like she owns the place which is honestly hilarious to watch LOL. When she plays, she definitely has that classic bully-breed play style. Full body wiggles, body bumps, bouncy energy, and a little bit of mouthiness mixed in. Some of her favorite dog friends are goofy playful dogs that enjoy rowdy fun, aren’t bothered by her vocalness, and naturally know when it’s time for a break. In a home, Prima would probably pair best with a happy-go-lucky playful male that enjoys chase games, tolerates her silly roughhousing style, and also knows how to self-regulate during play. If you don’t have another dog though, that’s perfectly fine too! Prima absolutely does not NEED another dog to feel comfortable or confident. She’s naturally social, outgoing, and honestly would probably LOVE being the princess center of attention in your world LOL. She has also spent time with a cat and has done generally well! She will try to play chase every now and then but she does listen when her foster tells her "no" and with more training around cats, we do believe that she can co-exist in a home with dog savvy cats. When it comes to trainability and her wits, Prima is a smart little lady but if you know bully breeds then you already know they can have that hilariously stubborn little “selective hearing” streak sometimes LOL. There are definitely moments where she’s SO excited about life that her brain fully disconnects from her impulse control settings and suddenly she’s operating entirely on vibes. And when she’s in those goofy overexcited moments, she can definitely be pretty mouthy because in her mind everything is a game and everyone is her best friend LOL. The good thing is she responds really well to correction and absolutely listens when told “no,” she just occasionally needs those reminders that using her mouth as a form of affection is not exactly the preferred human method of showing love. Think toddler in a wrinkle suit with unlimited enthusiasm for life. Prima already knows how to sit, loves tasty treats, and may even know the “down” command too. She walks nicely on a gentle leader which helps her stay grounded and walking like a proper lady. She can get a little amped up at first because she LOVES walks and adventures, but she learns quickly and continues improving as she works on checking in with her handler and staying focused. Meet Jellybean! At around 4 years old, Jellybean is believed to be a compact bully breed mix maybe a little Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bulldog, or Frenchie mixed in but whatever her DNA says, it definitely got the assignment right. She is the perfect pint-sized companion wrapped up in the cutest little package. Don’t let her pictures fool you into thinking she’s bigger than she is. Jellybean is a tiny little lap dog who barely takes up half a couch cushion. She’s basically all adorable oversized head, expressive eyes, and the happiest smile you’ve ever seen. Her shiny black coat, tiny white accents, perky little ears, and permanently joyful face make her look like a real-life cartoon character. Everywhere she goes, people can’t help but smile back at her. There are SO many great things we can say about Dougie Mac. He is a big ole goofy goober that is always so happy. No matter what is going on around him, he is always so happy and up for anything you throw at him. Instantly when you meet him you catch yourself saying, “man that is a really cool dog,” and it’s true! The obsession with Dougie Mac is almost immediate and it’s pretty much become a recurring theme with everyone that meets him. He is a total lover boy with people and with dogs, he is a happy medium of playful and snuggly, and let’s not forget to mention he’s incredibly good looking as well. So go ahead and get prepared for your camera roll to be taken over by Dougie Mac and buy some more storage space on your phone because you’re going to need it. He’s one of those dogs that has the perfect amount of chunk and muscle. Just enough chunk for those irresistible squish moments and just the right amount of muscle to keep up with an adventurous lifestyle. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Dougie is a social butterfly that loves people and loves adventures. He’s the perfect companion to take with you on hikes, trips to the beach, or even if you’re wanting a dog to take with you to meet up with friends at your local brewery or park, he’ll be a great boy to have around. We can also see him being a friendly co-host if you’re someone that likes to have friends and family over for BBQ cookouts in the backyard. Dougie is also a boy that appreciates downtime as well. He can be a super social guy but does enjoy quiet time too. He really is one of those dogs that can do both. So if you’re looking for a fun social butterfly and also a cuddle buddy at the end of the day, Dougie is your guy! One thing that is a given with Dougie is that he loves kids! Boy does he love them. He might even love kids more than he loves adults honestly. He immediately went up to a young girl aged 5 and it was like he knew that is exactly where he belongs and has been there before. He was immediately giving her kisses, crawling up on the couch for full-body cuddles and if you watched his video, you can clearly see how happy he is around kids. From jumping around on and off the couch, to the yelling, random movements, unexpected grabbing hands, and even during those moments when she was giving him big bear hugs, he was completely comfortable with it all. Dougie listened when she asked him to sit, came when she called him, and also took treats very gently from her too. Dougie was born to be a family dog! Dougie is such a phenomenal dog and he is very dog friendly! He loves to play with his buddies but is also respectful of the dogs that don’t want to play with him. He does try to encourage play at first and as soon as he realizes the other dogs aren’t interested in playing he’s off trying to find a new playmate or doing his own thing and exploring all the smells. When he is done playing or ready for those calmer hangout moments, he’ll go off do his own thing and if you have a pool or even some muddy spots in your yard, that’s where he’ll be LOL. He is the perfect mix of playful and calm, a happy medium. In a home, he would be best placed with another dog that can do both, play and also chill. Dougie also isn’t the type of dog that needs another dog in the home to help him feel comfortable or to satisfy his energy needs. He is a confident, happy guy by nature and knows how to match whatever energy you need from him. Dougie also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know! We know, he already sounds perfect and that’s because he is, but wait there’s more! Dougie is a smart pants too, loves treats, and is eager to please. He already knows how to sit, responds well to corrections from his handlers, and is fairly easy to walk on a leash. He does pull initially out of excitement because he loves to go on walks, but a simple leash correction is all it takes to remind this hunk that he needs to walk like a gentleman on leash. Dougie is also potty trained, working on crate training, and has shown to have great house manners as well. His eagerness to please and willingness to learn means that any additional training you want to do with him will be a breeze and enjoyable for you both. Dougie loves to be outside exploring all the smells, zooming around, and sunbathing in the sun. We believe he would be his happiest self in a home that has a backyard where he can do all of his favorite things. One being playing with toys. He loves toys, especially plushy ones with squeakers, and will happily bring them back to you as well.Dougie is an absolute water lover and never misses a chance to make a splash. Whether it’s a kiddie pool, a muddy puddle, or a full-on backyard water situation, he’s diving in head first and loving every second of it. Watching him roll around, cool off, and fully embrace his inner “happy hippo” is guaranteed to make you laugh every time. Dougie truly is the total package. Meet Starlight — a big squishy stuffed-animal collector trapped inside the body of an American Bully mix. ✨ At around 5 years old, Starlight has officially decided that stuffies are EVERYTHING. The moment she walked into the house and spotted a box of plush toys, this girl immediately stopped what she was doing to go shopping. No hesitation. She carefully picked out her favorite toy, proudly carried it around the room, tossed it up in the air for herself, chewed on it happily, and honestly acted like a little kid at Build-A-Bear. Watching her with toys is genuinely adorable because she takes her collection VERY seriously. And honestly? Starlight is kind of iconic for it. This is not the type of dog who needs constant attention, nonstop cuddles, or somebody entertaining her every second of the day. Starlight is an independent queen. She’s happiest just peacefully existing in her space, carrying around a toy, lounging in a comfy spot, and doing her own thing while her people simply let her be herself. That doesn’t mean she isn’t sweet — because she absolutely is. She has the cutest giant smile and this soft squishy face that makes you want to kiss her forehead immediately. She just prefers relationships that move slowly and respectfully. She’s the kind of dog who appreciates calm energy, patience, and people who understand that trust doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. Once she feels comfortable though, she really just wants a peaceful little life: A soft bed. A backyard to wander around tossing her toys in the air. A comfy couch. Her emotional support stuffies. And humans who love her exactly as she is. With other dogs, Starlight is definitely more of a “quiet roommate” type than a social butterfly. During a recent visit with us away from her foster home, she mostly kept to herself, carried her toys around proudly, and focused more on finding cozy little spaces than interacting with the new people and other pups. She wasn’t interested in playing or joining the dog party — honestly, she seemed much more content simply existing nearby and doing her own thing. She did best around calm, respectful dogs who gave her space and didn’t put pressure on her to interact. When dogs approached her, she tolerated them well as long as they stayed easygoing and carefree, but she clearly preferred peaceful coexistence over active friendship. Her perfect dog sibling would basically be another independent little soul who’s happy to share a home, nap in the same room, and mind their own business together like two introverted roommates. But let's be honest, Star Light would prefer being your one and only gal. She’s just a girl who loves her personal space. If she went to a home with another dog, her ideal match would be a super mellow, easygoing dog who’s happy simply existing nearby without trying to wrestle, play constantly, or overwhelm her. She’s not looking for chaos — she’s looking for peaceful company. Starlight also appreciates people who understand and respect her boundaries. She’s made really lovely progress already and showed she’s trying hard to communicate appropriately when she feels unsure. She simply needs humans who will listen to her body language, move slowly with her, and let trust build naturally instead of forcing interactions before she’s ready. Because of that, no kids for Miss Starlight, and no cats either — they’re just a little too exciting for her. A quieter home with a predictable routine and a yard would likely help her feel safest and most comfortable. Apartment life would probably feel a little too busy and overstimulating for her personality. There is something really special about dogs like Starlight. She’s not trying to be the center of attention. She’s not asking to go everywhere or meet everybody. She’s an independent soul looking for somebody who understands that love can look like peacefully sharing space together. Some dogs want to be attached to your hip every second of the day. Short legs, big head, and an even bigger smile… let Billy waddle his way into your heart with his grin and those eyes of his. Challenge- try not to smile while he is headed your way. It’s hard! This blocky little heartthrob is friendly, affectionate, and carries himself with that easy, “happy to be here” energy that just puts people at ease. He greets new people with warmth, leans into love without being pushy, and has a natural way of checking in with his person that is just so endearing. He’s got that built-in desire to please, the kind you don’t have to teach… it’s just who he is. Who knows? Not us with confidence. Our favorite thing about him, besides the winning smile, it’s that he is the sweet spot- happy to join you wherever but never looking to turn your living room into a racetrack. He’s house and crate trained, has lovely manners in the home, and knows how to settle without needing constant direction. He’s met kids and was exactly what you’d hope for… gentle, polite, no jumping, no chaos, just a friendly little guy keeping things calm and easy. The kind of dog who aims to fit into a home instead of flipping it upside down. With other dogs, Billy leans more “mind my business” than party host. He is thoughtful, cautious and even slightly unsure at first, but he listens well to guidance, takes corrections easily, and shows nice social awareness. He does well in playgroups with a wide variety of dogs but clearly has an affection for low to medium energy females. He has been in a foster him with another male dog and he shared toys and wrestled in the dog bed with him. Billy was introduced to our house cat and was curious but did show a respectfulness that makes us feel good that with guidance and a dog-savvy, confident cat he could join a home with a feline friend. Of course, if you are interested we are more than happy to arrange a Kitty Committee Slumber Party to get a clear view of his approach to cats. Also, although he has a wonderful crate routine, he can occasionally get a little vocal when he’s ready to be out and about, so a home environment (rather than apartment living) would suit him best. That face that you fell for is the happy-go-lucky heartthrob we call Charlie. He is the kind of dog that meets the world with a big ol’ smile and all the wiggle-wag one dog can physically create. He is a goofball with bouncy joy, the cutest charm, and some amazing cuddles. Charlie is estimated to be just over one-year-old, he weighs 50-pounds, and we think he is a bit of a lab/bulldog mix but truthfully we can’t say for sure given he is a rescue. The only test I could run showed he is 100% sunshine and sweetness. After I spent the day with him I didn’t want him to go- I had fallen for him. He is instantly affectionate and melts into a puddle of belly rub seeking butter. If he doesn’t melt you will feel him lean into you for hugs, and he will even let you scoop him up for an extra sweet cuddle. This guy’s happy energy is contagious and that doesn’t stop with people, he is just as thrilled to make new dog friends as he is to be by your side. The afternoon we spent with Charlie we introduced him to a wide variety of dogs to get a feel for his play style and the types of dogs he enjoys most. It didn’t take long at all for us to be impressed with how friendly and welcoming he was. Even when other dogs came in a little hot or pushy, Charlie handled it with grace. With the right dog, an equally bouncy, playful dog, he showed us he loves a bit of bouncy, physical play but it isn’t his constant. He was comfortable enough to lay down beside brand-new dogs a sign of total trust. He’s the type who only joins in play when invited and isn’t going to push his way in as a third wheel or shut down the fun for them. He isn’t going to cause a stir but will always try to help keep the vibes tuned to fun-loving, calm joy. Charlie does need some leash work, he has the basics down and honestly I feel like I am betraying him to say such a thing because it didn’t bother me one bit. All I could see was a happy boy who was just so excited to explore the world! The more he gets to experience and enjoy the better he will be at pacing himself . That and some practice (and maybe a few treats to reward him for checking-in and walking by your side), he will learn quickly. He is a smart boy, eager to please, and already shows how well he responds when guided gently. He will bond fast and deep with his people. During the time we spent with him, the first person who interacted with him as his handler walked out of the yard, he stayed by the gate waiting- a loyal love bug through and through. Because of that devotion, he may miss you when you go at first, its natural, but with time and routine he will settle into knowing his favorite people always come home. Charlie would do best in a home with a yard and another playful, medium-energy dog to run and romp with. He could adjust to apartment living once his leash manners are polished as long as he gets plenty of playtime and adventures to meet his mental and physical needs. No cats for Charlie though, his eager friendliness does not vibe with cats. We all know cats- if you’re too eager they don’t care for you and that goes for dogs too. Prima Donna is the kind of dog that turns an ordinary day into a good one the second she walks into the room. With her adorable squishy smoosh face, wrinkles for days, and out-of-this-world personality, she has a way of making people smile without even trying. She’s silly, full of joy, and completely devoted to her people. The type of girl who loves HARD and isn’t shy about showing it. Whether she’s making you laugh with her goofy antics or dramatically leaning into you for affection, Prima Donna has that rare feel-good energy that somehow makes everything around her better and she’s undeniably gorgeous. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. What she is without question is adorable, affectionate, and absolutely full of life. She’s got the best squish-worthy wrinkles, the cutest little bubble lip, and the type of giant pittie smile that makes it impossible not to smile back at her. Prima is truly joy on legs. Prima loves people. Like REALLY loves them. She’s the kind of dog who happily walks right up to say hi, asks for pets, leans in for cuddles, and wants to be near her humans as much as possible. Booty scratches? Yes please. Couch naps? Her favorite. Hugs? Absolutely. She’s social, affectionate, and would do great in a home that enjoys having visitors because Prima genuinely believes everyone is her friend. When it comes to playtime, Prima is ALL in. Toys are her thing! Stuffies, balls, tug toys, chew toys… she loves them all. She’ll happily play fetch, tug like a professional athlete, or entertain herself zooming around the yard when the mood strikes. She has that fun bouncy energy while also knowing how to settle down and fully enjoy a nap afterward. That love for people was also very obvious when Prima met a 5 year old little boy too. She was immediately affectionate, wanted to lean all over him for pets, happily took treats from him, and truly acted like she had made a new best friend LOL. Prima is just one of those dogs that loves BIG and with her whole entire body, which is adorable… but also means she has absolutely zero concept of personal space or spatial awareness sometimes. She’s built more like an enthusiastic wrecking ball of affection than a gentle dainty princess LOL. Because of her mouthy playful tendencies and her tendency to accidentally bulldoze people with love, we do think she would do best in a home with older kids that are comfortable around bigger bully-type dogs, can confidently set boundaries with her, and would actually enjoy her goofy rough-and-rowdy style of affection and play. Prima is dog friendly, does well walking by other dogs, and has participated in multiple playgroups. She brings full Beyoncé confidence into every group and struts around like she owns the place which is honestly hilarious to watch LOL. When she plays, she definitely has that classic bully-breed play style. Full body wiggles, body bumps, bouncy energy, and a little bit of mouthiness mixed in. Some of her favorite dog friends are goofy playful dogs that enjoy rowdy fun, aren’t bothered by her vocalness, and naturally know when it’s time for a break. In a home, Prima would probably pair best with a happy-go-lucky playful male that enjoys chase games, tolerates her silly roughhousing style, and also knows how to self-regulate during play. If you don’t have another dog though, that’s perfectly fine too! Prima absolutely does not NEED another dog to feel comfortable or confident. She’s naturally social, outgoing, and honestly would probably LOVE being the princess center of attention in your world LOL. She has also spent time with a cat and has done generally well! She will try to play chase every now and then but she does listen when her foster tells her "no" and with more training around cats, we do believe that she can co-exist in a home with dog savvy cats. When it comes to trainability and her wits, Prima is a smart little lady but if you know bully breeds then you already know they can have that hilariously stubborn little “selective hearing” streak sometimes LOL. There are definitely moments where she’s SO excited about life that her brain fully disconnects from her impulse control settings and suddenly she’s operating entirely on vibes. And when she’s in those goofy overexcited moments, she can definitely be pretty mouthy because in her mind everything is a game and everyone is her best friend LOL. The good thing is she responds really well to correction and absolutely listens when told “no,” she just occasionally needs those reminders that using her mouth as a form of affection is not exactly the preferred human method of showing love. Think toddler in a wrinkle suit with unlimited enthusiasm for life. Prima already knows how to sit, loves tasty treats, and may even know the “down” command too. She walks nicely on a gentle leader which helps her stay grounded and walking like a proper lady. She can get a little amped up at first because she LOVES walks and adventures, but she learns quickly and continues improving as she works on checking in with her handler and staying focused. Meet Jellybean! At around 4 years old, Jellybean is believed to be a compact bully breed mix maybe a little Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bulldog, or Frenchie mixed in but whatever her DNA says, it definitely got the assignment right. She is the perfect pint-sized companion wrapped up in the cutest little package. Don’t let her pictures fool you into thinking she’s bigger than she is. Jellybean is a tiny little lap dog who barely takes up half a couch cushion. She’s basically all adorable oversized head, expressive eyes, and the happiest smile you’ve ever seen. Her shiny black coat, tiny white accents, perky little ears, and permanently joyful face make her look like a real-life cartoon character. There are SO many great things we can say about Dougie Mac. He is a big ole goofy goober that is always so happy. No matter what is going on around him, he is always so happy and up for anything you throw at him. Instantly when you meet him you catch yourself saying, “man that is a really cool dog,” and it’s true! The obsession with Dougie Mac is almost immediate and it’s pretty much become a recurring theme with everyone that meets him. He is a total lover boy with people and with dogs, he is a happy medium of playful and snuggly, and let’s not forget to mention he’s incredibly good looking as well. So go ahead and get prepared for your camera roll to be taken over by Dougie Mac and buy some more storage space on your phone because you’re going to need it. He’s one of those dogs that has the perfect amount of chunk and muscle. Just enough chunk for those irresistible squish moments and just the right amount of muscle to keep up with an adventurous lifestyle. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Dougie is a social butterfly that loves people and loves adventures. He’s the perfect companion to take with you on hikes, trips to the beach, or even if you’re wanting a dog to take with you to meet up with friends at your local brewery or park, he’ll be a great boy to have around. We can also see him being a friendly co-host if you’re someone that likes to have friends and family over for BBQ cookouts in the backyard. Dougie is also a boy that appreciates downtime as well. He can be a super social guy but does enjoy quiet time too. He really is one of those dogs that can do both. So if you’re looking for a fun social butterfly and also a cuddle buddy at the end of the day, Dougie is your guy! One thing that is a given with Dougie is that he loves kids! Boy does he love them. He might even love kids more than he loves adults honestly. He immediately went up to a young girl aged 5 and it was like he knew that is exactly where he belongs and has been there before. He was immediately giving her kisses, crawling up on the couch for full-body cuddles and if you watched his video, you can clearly see how happy he is around kids. From jumping around on and off the couch, to the yelling, random movements, unexpected grabbing hands, and even during those moments when she was giving him big bear hugs, he was completely comfortable with it all. Dougie listened when she asked him to sit, came when she called him, and also took treats very gently from her too. Dougie was born to be a family dog! Dougie is such a phenomenal dog and he is very dog friendly! He loves to play with his buddies but is also respectful of the dogs that don’t want to play with him. He does try to encourage play at first and as soon as he realizes the other dogs aren’t interested in playing he’s off trying to find a new playmate or doing his own thing and exploring all the smells. When he is done playing or ready for those calmer hangout moments, he’ll go off do his own thing and if you have a pool or even some muddy spots in your yard, that’s where he’ll be LOL. He is the perfect mix of playful and calm, a happy medium. In a home, he would be best placed with another dog that can do both, play and also chill. Dougie also isn’t the type of dog that needs another dog in the home to help him feel comfortable or to satisfy his energy needs. He is a confident, happy guy by nature and knows how to match whatever energy you need from him. Dougie also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know! We know, he already sounds perfect and that’s because he is, but wait there’s more! Dougie is a smart pants too, loves treats, and is eager to please. He already knows how to sit, responds well to corrections from his handlers, and is fairly easy to walk on a leash. He does pull initially out of excitement because he loves to go on walks, but a simple leash correction is all it takes to remind this hunk that he needs to walk like a gentleman on leash. Dougie is also potty trained, working on crate training, and has shown to have great house manners as well. His eagerness to please and willingness to learn means that any additional training you want to do with him will be a breeze and enjoyable for you both. Dougie loves to be outside exploring all the smells, zooming around, and sunbathing in the sun. We believe he would be his happiest self in a home that has a backyard where he can do all of his favorite things. One being playing with toys. He loves toys, especially plushy ones with squeakers, and will happily bring them back to you as well.Dougie is an absolute water lover and never misses a chance to make a splash. Whether it’s a kiddie pool, a muddy puddle, or a full-on backyard water situation, he’s diving in head first and loving every second of it. Meet Delilah! A retired queen who has officially mastered the art of peaceful living. At around 10 years old, this sweet boxer/American Bully mix has absolutely zero interest in drama, chaos, or unnecessary cardio. Delilah’s perfect day consists of finding the coziest possible spot in the house, settling into it like she pays the bills, and occasionally wandering outside to enjoy a little sunshine before returning to her scheduled relaxation time. And honestly? She’s earned it. Delilah has the squishiest little face and the softest, sweetest eyes that always look like she’s about to tell you everything is going to be okay. She’s one of those dogs whose presence just feels comforting. Calm. Easy. Familiar. The type of dog who quietly keeps you company while you read, watch TV, work from home, or nap on the couch beside her. She just wants a soft place to land and people who love having a quiet companion nearby. With other dogs, Delilah has truly mastered the art of peaceful coexistence. She lives with multiple dogs in her foster home and does wonderfully as long as everyone respects her space and keeps things calm. She greets dogs politely, has excellent social skills, and honestly prefers to simply coexist rather than actively interact. Think “nice neighbor” more than “party host.” If another dog gets too pushy, jumpy, or overly excited in her face, Delilah will absolutely let them know she’d prefer some personal space — and honestly, fair enough. She gives very appropriate, clear corrections and then immediately moves on with her day like a mature grown woman who has no time for nonsense. She doesn’t hold grudges, she doesn’t create chaos, she just likes respectful roommates. And the cat test? Iconic. They brought the cat into the room, and Delilah basically glanced over, sniffed the air for a second, and then decided it simply was not her business. She turned around and went right back to relaxing. Truly unmatched levels of minding her own business. Because she’s such a low-energy, easygoing girl, Delilah could absolutely do well in an apartment — ideally a quieter one or maybe a first-floor setup since she’s an older lady. But honestly, her DREAM would probably be a peaceful home with a little backyard where she can slowly wander around, sunbathe, and have her own cozy outdoor lounging spot. I can fully picture her with a little cot outside just peacefully supervising the yard like a retired grandma on vacation. She would do best in a calmer home without super rowdy dogs or puppies constantly in her space. A mellow respectful dog companion would be perfectly fine, but she’d also probably be very content as your one-and-only spoiled couch potato. Delilah isn’t trying to be the life of the party anymore. Life with Buster Sweets looks a lot like this: a loyal little sidekick who's always happy to see what you're up to, always ready to join in, and always up for ending the day with a cuddle on the couch. His foster says his favorite thing about him is how sweet he is, how outgoing he becomes once he's comfortable, and how much he genuinely enjoys being part of whatever's happening. He has a wonderful way of making everyday moments just a little bit better, whether that's following you around the house to see what you're doing or hopping onto the couch to snuggle after a fun day. As with any rescue puppy, his exact breed is always a mystery, but our best guess is he's a Boxer and Pittie mix. Whatever combination created him also gave him an adorable face, a fun-loving personality, and a size that we think will stay on the smaller side once he's fully grown. Buster is curious, playful, and always excited to see what the day has in store. Exploring the backyard, checking out new smells, chasing toys, or carrying one around the house... he's convinced life is meant to be enjoyed. He loves being involved in whatever his people are doing and is happiest when he gets to tag along. Whether you're making dinner, working in the yard, or relaxing in the living room, Buster is perfectly content simply being part of it all. One of our favorite things about Buster is the balance he has between his playful side and his affectionate side. Once he's comfortable, his outgoing personality really shines. After he's gotten some playtime in, he's more than happy to climb onto the couch and snuggle up beside you. His foster says he's incredibly sweet and loves being close to his people, making him the kind of dog that's just as rewarding to relax with as he is to play with. Buster is also one smart little guy. He already knows how to sit, and if you happen to have a treat in your hand, you'll definitely have his full attention. Treats are absolutely one of the quickest ways to his heart, and his eagerness to learn makes us think he'll have a lot of fun continuing his training with his future family. His foster says Buster is kennel trained and does very well in his crate. He's also about 90% potty trained. Like any young dog, he still has a small bladder, so he'll do best with regular potty breaks throughout the day as he continues building consistency. Buster enjoys playing with other dogs and would likely love a playful canine companion, but we also think he'd do wonderfully as the only dog as long as he has a family that's excited to include him in everyday life. He's also spent time around children between the ages of 5 and 8 and has been nothing but gentle with them. We think he has all the makings of a wonderful family dog. It's important to remember, though, that Buster can be a little shy when meeting new people or adjusting to new places. Like many rescue dogs, he'll simply need a little time to decompress, settle into his new routine, and let his personality blossom. Once he does, you'll discover the sweet, outgoing little guy his foster has completely fallen in love with. Buster has such a wonderful balance to him. He's playful without being over-the-top, affectionate without being clingy, and curious enough to make every day a little more fun. More than anything, he simply wants to be included. Kenji Cowboy has that sweet, slightly bashful charm that makes you want to earn your way into his heart and inner circle. He is gentle, handsome, and a little unsure when something is brand new, but give him a moment to take it all in and a treat for good measure, and you will quickly see what a lovely young dog he is. Kenji is still figuring out the world, and he approaches it thoughtfully, with soft manners, a curious heart, and an increasingly brave little cowboy spirit. He is currently fostered in a loving home with other dogs and has been getting plenty of opportunities to experience life beyond the house too. His foster regularly brings him along for patio lunches and dinners in the city, and Kenji handles those outings with a wonderfully calm demeanor for such a young dog. He is not trying to work the room or introduce himself to every person who passes. He is much more content hanging with his person, watching the world go by, and quietly taking everything in. He has good basic leash skills and is treat motivated and eager to learn, giving his future family a really nice foundation to continue building on. Kenji is dog friendly and wonderfully polite when meeting new dogs. He can be shy at first and prefers a little time to decide that his new acquaintance is, in fact, friend material. Once he warms up, he is a sweet and gentle playmate. He is not the type to barrel into an introduction demanding immediate friendship, and his softer approach makes him especially endearing. One thing that can convince this reserved cowboy to cut loose? The water hose. Kenji loves playing in the water, and it is an adorable glimpse of the silly young dog underneath that initially cautious exterior. He is also a great car companion once aboard. Kenji has not quite cracked the complicated engineering problem of getting himself into the car yet, so he currently appreciates a little boost. Once inside, however, he settles in and rides peacefully and happily. Kenji was polite when introduced to our house cat, although he was clearly unsure what exactly he was supposed to make of this strange little creature. Because he does not currently live with cats, we would recommend some initial boundaries, thoughtful introductions, and supervision if his future home includes a feline friend while everyone gets comfortable with one another. At nine months old, Kenji still has plenty to learn, but there is something really special about the foundation already there. He is gentle, affectionate, observant, dog friendly, easy to take out into the world, and very willing to learn when treats are part of the negotiation. He may need a little encouragement for some of life's firsts, but every new experience is another chance for this sweet cowboy to discover that he can do it.
