Story
Hope is a 7-year-old bulldog/boxer? Pittie? mix who is spayed, chipped, and very crate trained. Her owners are having a career change and their home will be full of children during working hours. This will lead to Hope being crated for 12 hrs a day which is not fair to her. She's a petit little thing at 55 lbs and is just stacked in her front area, with slim from the waist down. She's a great dog, this is no fault of her own. Please give her the forever home that she already thought she had. Her adoption donatioin is $150.October 1, 2023, 10:30 pm

Story
Gordo is an approximately 7-9 year old American Bully. He lived as a breeder dog for most of his life. Gordo absolutely loves any and all attention he can get. He loves kids and other dogs! Please no cats. He may weigh 45lbs but he still thinks he is a lap dog! Because of his age and breed he has a hitch in his back step and will only need small walks here and there, not a ton of exercise. He’s mostly a cuddle monster or couch potato (as long as you lift him up there, he can’t jump that high)! Gordo is crate trained and good in the car. He is good with a doggy door but has “marking his territory” issues we are working on. Gordo has been neutered, vaccinated, had a dental and microchipped. He is looking for a loving family to live out his retirement with little to no stairs and lots of love. His adoption donation is $200.October 1, 2023, 10:30 pm

Story
Adoption Fee - $50 Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He is probably around 6 years old. He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday. Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with people that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in. He has calmed down a good bit as be has gotten older and although still loves to run around the backyard, he is also figuring out that he really likes to just chill sometimes too! Spots is now showing that he can do well with some dogs, that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and have owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned place, sit, stay, and lay down. Overall, spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy! Please consider spots to be your new forever fur baby! He needs a foster too if you can't commit to adoption! Story
My family and I got Maggie and her sister Pancake last summer when they were 8 weeks old. Their mama is a pure bred bulldog and their dad was a husky. We have many animals, 1 being our 3 yr old pit/Shepard who took them on as her own even letting them nurse on her as pups. The last couple months Maggie has developed some food aggressiveness and has started to challenge her foster mama. We have 3 young children whom she is great with and she gets along fabulous with her sister and other dogs. She’s good with our pig and okay one on one with cats but hunts with her sis. She will kill bunnies and chickens which we have so it is a problem. She’s wonderfully sweet and just wants love 💕 however her new home will need a good size yard that is inescapable and not have any small critters. She would be happy if she could find a new home with her sister as they are very attached. She wines when she has to go potty, never messes in the house and she is Crate trained. ❤️we love her❤️

Story
Smoke has been a shelter dog for a while and after formal training and lots of attention he has really become one cool guy! Smoke is about 4 years old, animated, loving, calm and energetic. This guy loves people, does well with other dogs though not always with other large or dominant acting male dogs (especially if they are intact). He will cat tested soon. This dog currently resides in Bandera, Tx. , We transport dogs to Washington State usually 2-3 times a month. Please understand that there is additional vetting, health certificates and costs involved with transporting a dog from Texas to Washington and our adoption fee covers everything from the spay/neuter to the actual transport cost. *All of our dogs have tested Heart-worm negative and are on a monthly heart worm prevention protocol

Story
Albert Pickle is a total ham and he knows it! He snorts like a pig and makes the funniest snort noises that instantly make you giggle. Along with his quirky personality, Albert’s adorable face and underbite is by far the cutest thing about him and makes you instantly want to squish it. He is such a happy guy and you’ll find his little nub tail always wagging. Watch his video here: https://youtu.be/bnEUC5w6fSg Albert is a rescue dog and with any rescue, we cannot guarantee breed or age. We believe Albert is to be an American Bulldog mix approximately 4 years old and currently weighs 60 lbs and we do not expect him to get much bigger (if at all) than his current size. Albert has the most adorable squishy smooshy face that is the perfect subject for picture opportunities and has the looks that will make everyone stop in your tracks. Since Albert is most likely a part of the bulldog family, extra care needs to be taken when it comes to hot temperatures and we strongly recommend potential adopters to research the breed or have a general knowledge/experience with the breed. Albert is dog friendly and did great meeting all of the dogs we introduced him to. He is playful and would play for short bursts with other dogs but you’ll mainly find him walking around doing his own thing. He will do well in a home with other moderately playful dogs that will also respect his space whenever he does not want to play and he would also make a great dog for a single pet household. Absolutely no kitties for Albert please, he liked our resident cats a little too much. He is what we consider medium to low energy and like most bulldogs, will not require a lot of exercise and would most likely do well in a apartment or condo. If you know bull dogs you know they can be very stubborn and set in their ways and training can be a little more of a challenge but Albert is very treat motivated which will make training that much easier. Bonus points: he already knows how to sit! He does respond well to corrections and checks in frequently with his handler. He will need some help polishing his leash skills as he can pull to things that excite him and will need to learn some basic obedience skills. He likes to jump every now and then when he gets excited or when those treats come out. Consistency, patience and treats will be key to setting Albert up to be the best doggy citizen he can be. He will be a great buddy to take with you to run errands, join you for a leisurely walk in the neighborhood on a cool day, and will love you forever if you take him to his favorite place (the pet store) where he can pick out his favorite treats and toys. Abert is crate trained and potty trained and can even stay in his crate for up to 8 hrs with no accidents! His foster says he is very calm and comfortable in the home and likes to follow her around like her little sidekick. Albert is not overly affectionate but you will find him sitting next to you while you read and simply enjoying quality time with you. We are willing to test Albert with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
