Story
LUNA is one of 7 babies that were left in dire straits when the mom's owner abandoned them. They are a combination of Boxer, Staffy, Lab and Cane Corso. The woman who has rescued them is about to get kicked out of her apartment because this puts her WAY over the limit but she's managed to get them their puppy shots and wormer and fed them even though it's straining her budget. We found a home for several of the pups but this little cutie and one of her sisters are desperate to find new homes. Spays will be included in their adoption fee. They are house trained, but need some leash training, etc. They love people and get excited to see new people. They are chewers as most pups are so learning to be crated when left alone would be to everyone's benefit. If you are interested in meeting this girl please fill out an adoption application and we'll get you connected to her as soon as you are approved. Or, if you are even willing to foster them while they are looking for a new home that would be great too! Their adoption fee will be $250 which as was mentioned included their spays. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.May 22, 2026, 9:46 pm

Story
MEET BILLY THE BOXER MIX! If you're looking for a quirky, energetic dog, a ball of energy ready to rumble and roll, Billy is it! He is a fun-loving 1-1/2-year-old Boxer-Shepherd mix who is ready to rock your world. He's just a puppy and could use some leash training, but he's got a lot of good things going for him. First of all, he's unique and funny - he's got big floppy ears, and one is usually up and the other down. Secondly, he's good with other dogs. He was basically raised in an animal shelter so got used to having other pups around. He absolutely needs an active person or people and a yard would be a plus so he could run around, and then take a snooze. It's not mandatory, though, as long as you are active. He is stocky and built like a tank, and weighs about 65 lbs. Can you foster or adopt Billy? Billy is currently in California still, but can be transported to you in Oregon.

Story
HI - I'M RILEY, and I'm looking for a special adopter! ! I'm a 3-year-old Boxer-Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a California shelter where I was pretty terrified - I sat in the back and looked at people as they walked by. Now, whenever I go someplace new, I'm scared all over again, until I really bond with my person. I have done fine with other dogs so far, but I need someone who can take me in and work with me to help me become confident and secure. I weigh about 50-55 lbs. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to Oregon. Please email for an application.

Story
Maddie is a 12 year old boxer mix. She loves long walks and sitting next to you on the couch. She has most experience with smaller dogs. She loves carrots and green beans and knows a few tricks. Maddie is a lovely dog who we would keep if we didn’t already have 2 dogs and a cat.

Story
Buddy is a bright, energetic puppy with a huge love for life. He wakes up ready for adventure and spends his days exploring, playing, checking things out, and finding ways to be involved in whatever is happening around him. He is incredibly curious and always interested in his surroundings, which makes everyday life with him feel fun, active, and full of personality. He has the kind of happy energy that naturally draws people toward him. Buddy loves interaction and thrives when he gets attention, engagement, and opportunities to explore. He would likely enjoy an active household where he can continue building confidence through walks, playtime, training, and lots of positive experiences. He is still very much a puppy, so he will need guidance and structure as he grows, but he is eager, social, and excited about life. Watch his YouTube video now https://youtu.be/ynS3k8Q21f4?si=JK1VK2Z_xopnFyAm Buddy also has a very affectionate side that balances out his playful energy beautifully. Once he’s tired himself out from running around and investigating everything, he enjoys settling in close and relaxing near his people. He likes companionship and seems happiest when he feels connected and included. He has the kind of personality that makes him feel like a true part of the family very quickly. He would do especially well with adopters who are prepared for an active puppy and who want a dog involved in their daily life. Buddy is not a couch potato puppy — he wants to learn, move, play, and experience things alongside his people. At the same time, he is incredibly loving and sweet, and he forms bonds easily with the people caring for him. Buddy is going to make someone an amazing companion. He is goofy, affectionate, curious, fun, and overflowing with the kind of joyful puppy energy that makes raising a dog such a rewarding experience. https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69ead1e1bb3a16ee0601727d Questions? Zorro or Zozo is a sweet boy that just wants love. He has been raised with his sister and is very close to her but could be a great friend on his own. He has been through basic obedience training and can walk on a lead. He has been socialized with other dogs at Doggy daycare since he was young. He is also a great watch dog when in the house or yard. We are looking to rehome him due to a change in our circumstances and not being able to give him the time and love he deserves.
