Story
May has come back to Pet Search because her owner passed away. Two years ago, May was an owner surrender to Pet Search through our volunteer Humane Police Officer. May was living in deplorable outside conditions. This sweet, energetic girl is a 4 year Anerican Bulldog who has puppy energy and great kisses. She is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. May is spayed, fully vaccinated and 4 DX tested. She can be dog reactive, so a meet and greet with other dogs is necessary. She is non reactive to cats. Applications are available at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/PAPS/Dog or petsearchpa.org. KL#03301 Washington PA 15301

Story
I’m Bubba! A 70lb (but a large medium in stature) well-mannered boy who looks to be an American Bulldog mix (maybe Beagle or other hound in there?) and around 2.5 years old. I’m a simple guy looking for a laid-back home. I really love quiet nature walks and romping in the yard. I also enjoy chew bones and plushy toys sometimes, but most of all I just want a little human affection! I’m very gentle, kind, and sweet. I’m usually content lounging around nearby until my tail starts thumping when you’re ready to give attention or get me involved in something together. I’ll make an awesome companion for anyone who wants an easy-going, loyal, loving dog! My house manners have been impeccable. I get along very well and will sometimes play with calmer dogs (especially female), or I’d be happy being an only. Darting kitties interest me, but I don’t pay them mind if they’re just lying about. Interested in adopting or meeting this sweet gentleman? Find the app at bridgetohome84.org and email it to chasidy.bthar@gmail.com for consideration. Available through Bridge To Home Animal Rescue, Washington, PA, KL# 16643

Story
Meet Bruno IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BRUNO, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO READ ABOUT THE ADOPTION PROCESS AND FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. www.furkidrescue.org Bruno came to us last August, after he was adopted from the local animal shelter. The backstory that we have on him- he was seen being thrown out of a car on the highway when he was a puppy. A good Samaritan picked him up and took him to the humane animal rescue. They did surgery on his eye, and he was adopted out quickly. The person who adopted him, had him for only six weeks before seeking out a new home for him, and that is where we stepped in. His Cherry eye had popped back out with his original adopters, and we had his eye fixed again. Unfortunately, his eye has been a struggle over the past nearly year. He has had multiple surgeries. He ended up having to go to a quieter, foster home, because every time he would get rambunctious with the many dogs that he lived with, it would pop back out. Ever since he went to a calmer environment, his last surgery was successful.! You can finally see one green eye, and his other beautiful blue eye! Bruno is hilarious. His mannerisms will make you chuckle. He loves to play and instigate. He is around 40 pounds and he is now two years of age. He is also good around cats

Story
Meet Ford, a remarkable Bulldog whose presence is as powerful and steadfast as a mighty river. Just like the characteristics of his breed, Ford embodies kindness and courage, showcasing a unique blend of friendliness and dignity. Now you may not see it by looking into his gorgeous brown eyes, but Ford has suffered in his short life.... he came to the rescue from the streets with a HORRIFIC hernia on his back end, near his rectum. He required two surgeries to correct the hernia and allow him to have a normal life again. He came through with SHINING colors ;) With his well-muscled frame and low-slung stature, Ford is the epitome of a true bruiser, but it's his iconic "sourmug" face that represents his unwavering courage and tenacity. Despite his robust appearance, Ford is a docile and loyal companion, adapting seamlessly to any environment, be it the bustling city or the serene countryside. With Ford by your side, you'll experience the unwavering devotion and unmistakable presence of a Bulldog, a breed that leaves an indelible mark on your heart. Don't miss the opportunity to welcome this incredible Bulldog into your life, as Ford's unique spirit will bring joy, love, and an unmistakable charm that only he can deliver. Some basic information about Ford; he is male, a Bulldog mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Ford is not great with other dogs (or cats or other critters) and would be best in a home with either only adults or older children and as a single dog. But his heart will fill your home with all the love you need!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Meet Gayle, a 2-year-old female American Bulldog mix with a stunning apricot and white bicolor coat. Gayle is a high-energy pup who loves spending time with people. She's incredibly friendly and cuddly, always eager to share affection. While Gayle enjoys the company of people, she can be selective with other dogs and might need a patient and experienced owner who can help her navigate her interactions. She's a bit anxious and defensive around other dogs, but with slow exposure and gentle guidance, she has the potential to adjust and become more comfortable over time. We suggest a single dog home for Gayle. If you're an experienced dog owner looking for a loving and energetic companion, Gayle could be the perfect addition to your family. With a little time and patience, she's sure to become a loyal and devoted friend. Come meet Gayle and see if you can be the one to provide her with a forever home filled with love and understanding. Story
It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Walter! I like to greet people the old fashioned way, a tip of the nose, a meeting of the eyes, and a formal introduction of who I am. I've always kind of been an old-soul, at least that's what people tell me, with my wrinkled fur and gentle eyes. As an older gentleman I tend to have a bit more patience than these young whippersnapper pups. You'll find me waddling around quite slowly but my tail still wagging none the less! I have been known to snap when nervous, but I have come so far and I just need a little time and patience. Cause I just so want to be your big goofy friend! I have a soft and squishy face to go along with my squishy personality! I am great with my people and great with other dogs too. I am shy at the very first but am on the fast track to love! As a senior dog there's really only one thing I care about ... TREATS ... just kidding, it's being close to others. Being close to others helps remind me that I am here and my story is still being written with infinite possibilities. Perhaps you and I could write the next chapter together? Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
