Story
Meet Milo – the sweetest little gentleman looking for a soft place to land! Milo is a 5-year-old, 27-lb American Eskimo Dog.  This cutie absolutely adores people of all ages, once he gets to know them, including young kids. He’s friendly with other dogs, though he can feel a bit unsure around larger breeds. He can also be a little timid around new people and let out a bark, but he warms up quickly. In the home, Milo is a dream. He’s house-trained, non-destructive, and has lovely manners. He’s never lived with a cat, so we’re not sure how he would do with feline friends. On walks, he’s a pleasure—great on leash and happy to explore at your side. Milo’s owner is leaving the country and can no longer keep him, so this sweet boy needs a new home as soon as possible - hopefully for forever this time. He’s hoping for a family who will shower him with love and make him feel safe. In return, he’ll give you endless affection and the joy of having a gentle, loyal companion by your side. If you’re looking for a well-mannered pup who’s ready to be part of your family, Milo may be the perfect match. Apply for Milo NJ at ehrdogs.org.December 4, 2025, 4:50 am
