FIVE MONTHS and counting — that’s how long sweet Tino has been waiting for a foster or forever home after being heartbreakingly surrendered by his family (through no fault of his own — it was a cat issue!). Tino is a 2-year-old, 65-pound lovebug currently stuck in boarding at Lucky Stars Kennels in Carroll County, Maryland — and he is SO ready to break free and join a loving home. This handsome boy was a daycare favorite at Lucky Stars, known for his affectionate nature and A+ snuggle skills. He thrives on human connection — belly rubs, playtime, and simply hanging out with his people. Unfortunately, after one bad experience with a small dog, he can’t do group play anymore. Tino would LOVE to be your one-and-only or could do well with a calm female dog buddy. Tino is: Neutered  Great with older kids  Crate-trained  Active, fun-loving, and full of life  Always ready for a good frog pose stretch (and belly rubs!) This sweet pit mix has waited long enough. After everything he’s been through, Tino deserves more than a kennel run — he deserves a real home, a best friend, and a new chapter. He’ll thrive in a home with structure, exercise, and plenty of affection — think walks, hikes, a fenced yard, or weekend adventures. His heart is wide open — all he needs now is YOU. Ready to foster or adopt? Help us get Tino out of boarding — he’s been waiting five long months! Current Location: Severn, MD Helena is a very sweet and lovable puppy with the cutest ears and an irresistible little curl at the end of her tail. She has soft golden fur and a gentle, happy presence that makes her easy to adore. Helena enjoys playtime with her toys and happily settles in to chew on her favorite Nila bones. She has a calm, thoughtful side and often entertains herself quietly before seeking out people for affection. She is working on potty training and is doing very well, showing steady progress each day. Helena is affectionate without being overwhelming and would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys a puppy who can play, relax, and snuggle in equal measure. Helena is a two month old Chihuahua Fiesta mix and is ready to grow into a confident, loving family dog.
