Story
09/27/23 Ebony and Amber arrived at the shelter as strays and are now looking for their new homes! These girls looked like best friends on intake or possibly even sisters! Since they were strays, we do not have any prior history on them. Walking on a leash was initially very scary, but they started figuring it out while at the shelter. Ebony does like to jump up when walking. Both Ebony and Amber would benefit from attending a basic obedience class to continue building their confidence and work on some basic commands! These girls may also need a few reminders on potty training as they settle into their new homes. We do not know if they have any history with other dogs, cats, or pocket pets. Please ensure you are doing appropriate introductions with all new animals. We are not requiring that they be adopted together, but if interested, they do appear to get along! If you are interested in meeting Ebony or Amber, please let us know!September 29, 2023, 4:09 pm

Story
09/25/23 Taylor was adopted and returned immediately due to her resistance to jump in her adopters vehicle. Taylor can be a bit shy and is looking for an owner who will help her conquer her fears! Cars can be scary if you haven't ridden in them before! If you are interested in meeting this super sweet girl and continuing to work with her, please let us know! 09/12/23 This little lady is Taylor! Taylor came to the shelter as a stray and is now eager to find her new home! She was a bit shy on intake but quickly warmed up to the care staff! Taylor has done a great job at keeping her kennel clean, indicating that she may already be housebroken! However, shy may need some reminders in her next home. Taylor would also benefit from attending a basic obedience class to continue working on her manners and to learn a trick or two! We do not know if Taylor has a history with children or other animals. Please ensure you are always doing appropriate introductions. Taylor was initially picked up running at large so we can not stress enough that she should always be on a leash, secure tie out, or supervised in a fenced-in yard when outdoors. If you are interested in meeting Taylor, please let us know!September 29, 2023, 4:09 pm
