Story
His name is Chubby, male, 6 months old. He is cute, energetic, likes to walk around with you. Apples and yogurt are his favourite, hates sour things (for right now), dislike cinnamon flavoured sticks but he still eats whenever you give to him, just give him a bit time. Peanut butter flavour can not be refused anytime. I do not know if he is ok with cats and kids because I don't have both of them, So parents family may be the best choice for him, but he is still a puppy right now, if you would like to take a little bit time to guide him treat kids nice, that would be wonderful. He is so enthusiastic but at the same time he has social anxiety. I am trying to get the best home for him, my landlord won't allow him to be in this community because of company policy. I would like to offer several dog toys, a pack of food, dog sprays, nail clipper, a bottle of dewormer, K9 Advantix II, one dog bed, and two different sizes of cages. Please give him the best home to live his life ever!!!!

Story
Care Bear 6166 Pit Bull Terrier Rogers, AR Adult Male Large About Meet Care Bear 6166 Sometimes it takes someone who has experienced hard times and heartless treatment from the hand of a human to show all of us how to forgive and forget. Care Bear arrived at the Humane Society suffering from neglect and lack of even the most basic of needs: food, shelter, medical attention and companionship. His fur is a still a little bit thin in spots but thanks to the kindness and compassionate nurturing of the Humane Society volunteers, Care Bear wakes up every morning (in the clouds of Care-a-Lot) with clean living quarters, a full tummy and quality medical support. He has chosen not to live in his past, but to share smiles with everyone while he enjoys a romp in the bark park and has fittingly earned his nickname of “a Care Bear marshmallow” bestowed by the HS volunteers that are witnessing his transformation. He is bulldozer strong but has a relaxed, easy-going, it’s-time-to-enjoy-life personality. Of all the Care Bear tribe, he wishes to be called Wish Bear as he looks forward to sharing his life with a loving human. He would be best as the only pet in the family.

Story
Meet Ollie 6499 Like most canines when first setting foot in the bark park, Ollie dashed about as he checked out the seemingly mysterious supply of sniffable advertisements provided by previous visitors. Unlike many other canines in this just arrived here situation, when called, Ollie immediately sprinted back to the photographer and performed a “I’m here for you” sit directly in front of the human. Ollie shares non-stop smiles with everyone and demonstrates a tremendous desire to please. When requested, he hopped up on the agility platform and gave the impression that he would remain there indefinitely until he was given permission to move. He is a handsome Staffie and enjoyed posing with his snowflake adorned bandana. He also enjoys snuggling up to you, standing just close enough so you have no excuse but to reach down and give his rump a welcomed but respectful scratch.

Story
Juliet 6906 Pit Bull Terrier Mix Rogers, AR Young Female Medium Petfinder recommends that you should always take reasonable security steps before making online payments. Meet Juliet 6906 With a blend of excitement and uncertainty, Juliet accompanied the photographer for her first trip to the Humane Society bark park. She had arrived at the shelter having lived her 2 years being treated as an object and not an integral part of a loving family. Juliet showed a want of courteous behavior as she occasionally hopped up on the human as they walked about the park together. The photographer decided to give Juliet a little more time to acclimate to the freedom of the park as he settled down on the park bench. A couple of minutes later, Juliet sauntered by, and the human scooted over and invited her to join him. To his amazement, Juliet not only took advantage of the seat but moved over and cuddled up closely with the human. She put her head on his shoulder and the two not so different life forms huddled together for literally the next 15 minutes. The photographer doesn’t ever sit in one place for more than two minutes but the feeling of contentment and serenity shared between the human and the canine was beyond belief. Juliet hadn’t had the chance to experience this tenderness and affection in her past, but it was within her, and the experience was life changing. This quiet, peaceful canine has a lovable, huggable nature and is hoping for a forever home with a human who understands the importance of closeness shared by forever friends. Juliet invites you to come to the Humane Society for Animals and share a hug and a kind touch.
