Story
Lola showed up on our doorstep in the middle of our first winter after moving to Benton, AR. She was starving to death and clearly abandoned. After refusing to leave our front doorstep for a few days we decided to take her in. She immediately took to our three children, but took a while to warm up to dad - indicating that she may well have been abused by a man in her past. She was housebroken, crate trained, and knew a number of commands already. After recovering for a few months it also became clear that she is INCREDIBLY high energy. She has been with us for about 6 months and, while she is one of the most loving dogs I've ever owned, she is simply too territorial and defensive of our property to live in a neighborhood like our own. She would gladly give her life to protect her owners, but also clearly needs to a large area to roam and a job to keep her busy. She would make an incredible farm dog or ranch dog and I feel like she simply needs more room than we can provide.

ALL ADOPTION FEES HALF PRICED FOR MAY!! ADULTS $27.50, PUPPIES $37.50 Bruno is an estimated 2 years old bully mix. Bruno loves ladies, and will be your best friend in no time! Bruno is heartworm positive and currently in treatment. He likes to spend most of his time on the couch, he cannot tolerate a lot of exercise due to the heartworms. While Bruno loves his people he gets overwhelmed in public settings and can be reactive to strangers. Bruno is dog selective, but has done well with submissive calmer dogs. We'd prefer he be the only dog your household

Bunny can be unsure of other dogs, but with proper introductions she seems to do well! Bunny is a very energetic dog and is learning about boundaries and manners! While she loves to play, she also enjoys relaxing on the couch with you! Bunny does well with potty training! We highly recommended a potty schedule for all of our adoptable dogs to help make the transition go as well as possible! Bunny does have hip dysplasia and is on medication to ease any discomfort on bad days.

Story
ALL ADOPTION FEES HALF PRICED FOR MAY!! ADULTS $27.50, PUPPIES $37.50 Best suited for quiet older children. Younger children not recommended. Best suited with calmer neutral/submissive dogs or no dogs due to pushy behavior. Not cat tested. Boone came to us severely underweight in January! We've been working hard to get him back to a healthy weight! Boone is heartworm positive however we are treating it! Nova's Reason Pit Rescue will cover the rest of his treatment cost as well! Boone is a very sweet man who is looking for a quieter home! He is a very goofy boy who likes to stay near his person. He's quite the charmer and adores people! He is quite pushy with other dogs, so we do recommend a home with no other dogs or more tolerant dogs. He will mark the first few times he’s out in a new area, but we will send him with belly bands to his new home.We highly recommended a potty schedule for all of our adoptable dogs to help make the transition go as well as possible!
