Are you ready to meet your one and only "Man's best friend"? Come on by and say hi to Leonardo! Leo is a very affectionate boy, and smart as a whip. He was bottle raised, and boy does he love people due to that! Leo does have to be the only dog, but trust us when we say he has the affection to make up for it. He'd love to be at your side and with you every step of the way. He has lived with both cats and kids in the past, and done great with both! He's currently working on regrowing his hair from an allergy breakout, and getting more handsome by the day. Don't hesitate to stop in and say hello to him!

Neka is a 1-year-old female pit mix who is a wiggly, energetic girl who loves seeing her people and going on adventures outside of the shelter on Doggie Day Outs! Neka loves going outside and is very excitable, especially with other dogs! She can be a bit intense playing with other dogs - she is very outgoing and physical with her play and likes to wrestle and mouth, so she would do best with other dogs who match her energetic play style. Come meet Neka at CCHS! Neka is a STAFF FAVOIRTE pet! Here's what Adoption Staff member, Darrian, has to say about her: "It goes without saying... she is adorable~ She is my personal favorite and has been since I started working here. She gets so excited when she sees me, especially because I bring the good treats. I give the dogs enrichment almost every day and she always gets the happiest! I call "NEKA NEKA NEKA" when she wants attention or "oh Neka~" when she acts super cute, and she'll just rub her back right up on the kennel for pets. When outside, she gets the zoomies, and sometimes she even sticks my hands in her mouth, which is weird, but super cute and funny. I love her so much!! This is why she needs the staff favorite sticker. A lovely letter about her, from me, to you."
