Story
Change is a friendly, affectionate dude who will always stick by your side. He loves the other dogs in his foster home, he would thrive in a multi-dog household with at least one other canine companion to play with. He loves nap time, exploring the outdoors, car rides, and food! Change has some anxiety due to previously being chained up outside and then being in a loud shelter. He seems to do better in a quiet, zen environment. Because of this, he needs a home with children ages 13+ (if any children at all). He is 100% friendly with children, but we just think he would do best in a calm, quiet home! Change has been attending our weekly group training sessions. His trainer has said he needs more public exposure, so he and his foster mom have been going to the park and running errands together. Change is a perfect gentleman! Whoever gets him will need to continue socializing him to new things. Good news: Change's adopter is eligible for FREE continued professional training sessions! Change is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He's good with dogs and with cats (he has done ok so far with the cats in his foster home but we wouldnt leave him unattended with cats until everyone is fully acclimated to each other and his new environment). Change is out of the young puppy stage and is already housebroken and crate trained (a treat or a small snack helps)! He even does well during nail trims. If you're interested in adopting Change, please submit an application. Change's adoption fee has been FULLY SPONSORED ($0)! A meet with any approved applicant's current pets would be required before starting the 2-week adoption trial period. Story
Rich is a super friendly, easy-going guy who we believe to be about 2 years old. He loves all types of toys, but chew toys are definitely his favorite! Rich enjoys sunbathing and to his foster mom's dismay, rolling in dirt. He's out of the destructive puppy phase but still working on perfecting some manners such as jumping on new people. That being said, he's great on walks - no pulling or tugging! Rich is crate tolerant but sometimes his foster mom still has to lead him inside. He hasn't had an accident in the house since being neutered and keeps his crate clean. Rich is currently fostered with one other male dog. He's done well with other medium-large dogs since being with our organization, but we're not sure about small dogs or cats just yet. He can easily be tested, upon request. Additionally, we know Rich does well with kids 10+ but haven't seen him around small children yet. Rich has started professional dog training while in foster care, and his adopters will have the opportunity to continue his training to set him up for success. Rich has completed his vet care and is ready to go to his forever home as soon as he finds his humans! If youre interested in adopting Rich, please submit an application and well be in touch as soon as possible. His adoption fee has been partially sponsored and is now only $150. His adopter is eligible for FREE continued professional dog training! A meet with an approved applicants current pets would be required before starting the 2-week adoption trial period. Story
Who is looking for a good first dog? Maybe even first bully breed? Derby (formerly known as Brown Sugar) is about a year old and very much still a puppy! He is young, energetic, and craves companionship. Derby is dog-friendly and cat-tested well at the vet clinic where he was neutered (couldnt care less about the cat). Much like any young dog who ends up spending a couple months in a shelter, he could use some work on his manners, but fortunately, we have affordable resources for that! We could see him being a good jogging buddy. Also, he rides in the car quietly and doesn't get carsick, in our experience. Derby won't fight you on going in his crate and dozes peacefully. We've actually never heard him bark! Derby has completed his vet care and is good to go! His adoption fee is $250 Please visit our website savedbyfate.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Cinco is about 2 years old and is such a sweetheart! He's a mixed breed, possibly a pittie-pointer mix. Cinco is very friendly and loving, but he can be a little shy around new people. He's still coming out of his shell, so he just needs some extra time and patience to feel comfortable. Cinco absolutely adores other dogs and has been tested with cats without any issues. He enjoys soaking up the sun in the backyard and loves to find cozy hideaways in the hedges. He's a bit of a couch potato and enjoys being near his human, lying quietly at your feet while you cook or go about your day. Cinco is already potty-trained and crate-trained. When it's time to go into his crate, he happily hops in without needing any treats as bribes! His crate is his safe haven, where he can relax, snooze, or chew on his toys. He's a great sleeper, whether in his crate or snuggled up in bed next to his human. Cinco knows a few basic commands like "sit," "stay," and "come." He's also learning to walk on a leash, but he's not a fan of car rides just yet. He's a quiet boy who doesn't jump on people or bark much. We think he'd do well with older, dog-savvy kids (maybe 12+) would be best since he tends to be timid. Here are some other cool things about Cinco: He doesn't shed much and doesn't mind baths. He's fine with getting wet in the rain and even enjoys getting dried off and having his paws wiped. He loves chew toys and is pretty chill with the vacuum and loud noises. Thunder doesn't bother him much either. If you're interested in giving Cinco a forever home, please submit an application. He's completed his vet care, and his adoption fee is $250. Please note: A fence thats 6+ ft is required for Cinco as hes a known fence hopper. A meet with any approved applicants current pets would be required before starting a 2-week adoption trial. Story
Winter is about 2 years old and a pittie mix. She was pulled from KRRAS with her litter of pups. She’s did her momma job beautifully but now she’s focused on herself. She’s already been vaccinated and spayed, so no more mommin’ for Winter. She is very loving and playful. She loves running around the yard playing with toys and just being silly. Winter loves to have people petting her and love to give kisses. She is working on house and crate training, knows sit and shake. Winter is indifferent to cats and has done well with submissive males. We, of course, do intros with potential adopter family pets to make sure everyone gets along, so don’t let that stop you from being interested in this girl. Her adoption fee is $175. Jubilee is a 7 month old mix who came from an overcrowded shelter in eastern Kentucky. We don’t know what she is mixed with but she has beautiful gray coloring and gray eyes. She currently weighs 35 pounds. Jubilee is full of life! She loves to play with toys and play with her foster brother. She entertains herself by throwing her ball and toys around. She frequently has zoomies throughout the house and yard. Jubilee is still learning some manners and potty training but who can blame her after spending weeks at a shelter before coming to her foster home! She does great in her crate, her current fosters have to leave her for work all day and she does so well! Jubilee does great on the leash too! She is very polite when meeting new people and dogs on walks! Apply to adopt here https://pdf.ac/5tf0Fq

Story
Darby Sue is an active girl who would love some adventurous humans. She's a sweet Boxer mix, who is very smart and learns quickly. Darby likes treats, toys, and when she finally has enough playtime, she also likes cuddling. We think she'd love kids as much as she loves adults, but would probably do best with kids 10+ because of her size and energy level. Darby has been working with a professional dog trainer, and her adopter is eligible for FREE continued training sessions to set her up for success in her forever home. We're not exactly sure how old Darby is, but probably somewhere between 3-5 years old. She has already been spayed and vaccinated, and will be microchipped soon. If you're interested in adopting, please submit an application and we'll be back in touch as soon as possible. Darby's adoption fee has been FULLY SPONSORED by a generous donor. Story
We are still getting to know Rupp, but we know hes VERY friendly and playful. Hes loves humans and can be very affectionate. Rupp often chooses to relax in his crate, and he also rides really well in cars. With other dogs, he comes on a little strong, so hed do best with canine companions that like to play rough or wont be offended by that play style. We suspect that he might be able to live with cats in the future, after some serious decompression time. Older children would be best suitable for Rupp Rupp is currently living in boarding, which makes it very hard for him to attend adoption events and training sessions. He needs a long-term foster or foster-to-adopt home ASAP! Rupp is already neutered and vaccinated; the only vet care he needs is a microchip. His adoption fee is WAIVED for an approved foster-to-adopt home*. If you're interested in foster-to-adopt, please submit an adoption application.
