Story
Meet Adeline, aka "Addie, a petite and playful pup who will melt your heart with her warm personality and expressive ears. This sweet, soft faced girl is house trained and crate trained. Photos don't show how truly little this lady is! If you are someone who values a restful evening, she's your girl. She'll cozy up with you under a blanket if you invite her up to "cuddle" but also knows "night night time" and will sleep with her own blanket in her covered crate all night long. She even appreciates extra beauty sleep in the mornings. Adeline enjoys having her own bed amongst the human furniture and will happily play with her toys and roll around there, instead of her human's furniture. Sitting nicely at the door is Adeline's que for you to open it. She's in the habit of grabbing her leash to lead her human to her favorite potty spots. Chasing bugs gives her so much joy, and she has found using her mouth for further exploration of things like leaves and sticks most satisfying. Adeline is a big baby at heart and has really blossomed with consistency. She is still learning to feel safe and secure while alone. She'd likely do best with someone who works from home and understands her need for reassurance and can help her further build that confidence. Adeline loves to play fetch and is learning to respond to cues like "leave it", "bring it", and "release". She's a quick learner and enjoys pleasing her humans, especially when the occasional treats are involved. She understands "sit", "down", "shake", and "spot". She is beginning to master "wait" and "okay", especially when it comes to leaving the house or eating the meal you've put down for her. She is good company in the kitchen and loves the occasional ice cube! She enjoys car rides very much and is comfortable in her seat belt harness. Adeline is growing more confident every day. She loves attention and affection and has shown a desire to have a play buddy. She has done well with other dogs of all sizes. She is just a happy-go-lucky playful cuddle bug. If you're looking for a loving companion, who follows you around the house, "Addie" might just be the perfect fit! Adeline has completed her vet care (spay, vaccines, and microchip) and can't wait to meet you! Her adoption fee has been FULLY SPONSORED ($0) by a generous donor! If you're interested in adopting, please submit an application at savedbyfate.org and we'll be in touch ASAP. A meet with any approved applicant's current pets and entire family will be required prior to starting the 2-week adoption trial period. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Carter is a very sweet boy. We believe he may have some hearing impairment, he seems to be able to hear somethings but not everything. Carter loves affection and playing. He seems to get nervous easily or startled likely due to hearing.. He and his brother Duncan  were dumped over a fence and abandoned as small puppies. We are unsure of their exact mix. He does not like to share his food and would need to be fed separately from others. Carter does good with children but is in his teething stage so will need to watch out for toys or small fingers. He does pretty good with going outside but still had a puppy bladder so will need to be taken out not too long after being feed or given water until he learns a routine. Carter  will nibble at dry food but loves canned food and will gobble it up immediately.    He will need a home with a lot of energy, who can help with training him to be the best boy he can be.    Estimated DOB:   10/4/2024 Adoption fee: $200 (6% KY sales tax included)    We would love to hear from you! HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS ADOPTION FEE SPECIAL: My adoption fee is only $50 during the month of December! Ray Ray is a charming, sweet, low maintenance Pittie mix who is looking for his forever home! This handsome boy is the perfect blend of snuggle-bug and independent spirit, making him an ideal companion for a variety of households. Ray Ray absolutely adores his humans and will happily snuggle up for some quality cuddle time. But don't let his affectionate nature fool you he's also perfectly content to relax quietly in another room, whether he's napping peacefully or simply enjoying the view from a window. He also enjoys lounging outside in the sunshine. One of his many virtues? He's a quiet companion who doesn't bark much, making him a great fit for peaceful homes. Ray Ray is a social butterfly! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and seems completely unfazed by cats. New faces don't bother him either; he's friendly with strangers and approaches new interactions with a calm demeanor. Taking him for walks is a breeze he's fantastic on a leash and enjoys strolling alongside his canine pals. Like many of us, Ray Ray has a couple of things he's not too keen on: rain and the vacuum cleaner. But these minor quirks are easily managed and simply add to his unique charm! Ray Ray is housebroken, crate trained, knows basic commands and is food motivated. He happily goes into his crate at night and sleeps through the night like a dream. He weighs 38 pounds but- because hes part Chihuahua (we suspect)- he seems a lot smaller. Ray Ray is ready to bring joy, companionship, and endless snuggles to his new family. Could that be you? Ray Ray has completed his vet care (neuter, vaccines, microchip) and can't wait to meet you!
