When you think of a place that brings you comfort, you would likely think of Atlas if you take the time to get to know his gentle soul. He is about as sweet as they come and is almost guaranteed to greet you with a hug. This handsome hunk was surrendered to us because unfortunately his owners no longer had the time to care for him, so they brought him here in hopes of finding him a forever home. He does great with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is housetrained and walks well on a leash. He is non-reactive on a leash and has done great with other dogs here at the shelter. We would love to see this guy break free and blossom into the best boy in his forever home. If you think you may be a good fit for you, his bags are packed and he is ready to go!

Ciao! My name is Geno and I am the prettiest boy around...or at least that is what all of the staff here likes to tell me. My story with the shelter starts out just like many others do; My owner had to move and unfortunately could not take me with them. I have been a little sad since they left, but that has yet to stop me from loving on any and everybody who enjoys some one-on-one time with this sweet face of mine! I would like to think I have a lot of great assets about me and one that I am most proud of is that I am a gentleman through and through! I do my best to not use the bathroom inside of the house, I am a great travel companion as I do not mind car rides, I LOVE being able to play with other dogs and people, and you would never catch me sniffing anybody's butt, no matter the gender because a true gentleman knows that not everybody wants their space invaded (even though I can occasionally get a little too excited and try to kiss all over your face)! Not to mention, I would absolutely hold the door open for anybody I could...permitted I had opposable thumbs of course. Anywho! I know I can be a little shy when I first meet someone, but I promise you would not regret giving me the chance to show you just how outgoing and sweet I truly am!!
