MISKA is a young, female Pittie mix who weighs 60 lbs. We rescued her last summer, and she's still with us. She's been with us for a year now and takes a great picture every holiday. She asked if she could be a fairy princess for Halloween and we said absolutely. MISKA earned a trip to the spa/prison where, for once, she was the center of attention. In the care of her Paws Behind Bars inmate, life was all about her. Miska is did very well and proved She loves all people and plays nicely with the other dogs. She does say NO to cats. She's happy, she's playful and she's truly enjoys to be the center of attention. She's smiles for every picture! Her perfect home will have a solid fenced yard. Older children are fine as she's strong when she plays. Outside, she's ready to go, inside, she's a snuggle bunny. She is a great dog and will make a wonderful family companion. Jace will make a great loving dog for a family with no other pets. He loves to play tug-of-war and chase tennis balls. He enjoys walks and playing with his toys by himself, and having people play with him. Jace is in training in Camp K-9 at the Kentucky State Reformatory. He is house trained and crate trained. His handler described him as very smart and obedient and he has learned all of his commands and basic manners. Jace would make a loyal companion for a single person, couple or family.

I got her from someone I know personally. She just turned two. She needs a place that can give her a lot of attention and exercise preferably a place with a yard for her to run. She is great with other dogs, cats and kids her problem is she is not house trained and she gets overly excited she is still a puppy in a way. She jumps on people still and runs around the house and is impulsive when meeting new people once she calms down she is fine but it takes a while to get her to that point. If no one is supervising her she will get into things. She knows how to sit, give paw and lay down. She knows to potty outside but does not have a way to communicate that she needs to potty. She needs a little bit more training I however do not have the time or money to provide it.
