Harlem was recently returned to Save Oklahoma Pets Society after his family could no longer care for him due to time and financial struggles — no fault of his own. He can be a little nervous meeting new dog friends at first but once he warms up, he’s all play and tail wags! 🐶 🏠 He’s crate trained, potty trained, and ready to fit right into his forever home. When Harlem first came to us with his sister (Jiggly Pup), both were diagnosed with Congenital Hypomyelination — a condition that made him shake as a puppy. These days, the shaking is minimal and it doesn’t affect his health or happiness at all! 💪 It’s not contagious or dangerous — just part of what makes him uniquely adorable.
