Story
Meet Emma:Emma is a beautiful blue-and-white girl with a heart as lovely as her coat. Found as a stray puppy suffering from severe demodex mange, Emma clearly didn’t have an easy start to life. After months of care and patience, her mange is fully under control, her coat has grown in beautifully, and she is now thriving. She continues on monthly Credelio as a preventativeEmma does well with dogs her own size and has lived with several different dogs in foster homes without issue. She can be a little unsure around large, overly active dogs, so calmer canine companions are best. She has not yet been around small dogs.Emma enjoys car rides and outings, has no anxiety or car sickness, and does not need to be crated in the car (though she is crate-trained and rides well in one if needed). During the workweek, Emma is kenneled while her foster mom is at work, and on weekends she happily tags along for adventures. She is: House-trained, leashed trained and Kennel trained.Emma isn’t timid, but she can be a little wary in new places—she settles quickly once she understands what’s expected. She’s very adaptable and just needs a family willing to help her learn their routine. She adjusts well with consistency.Emma would love a home where she can be the center of attention, soak up all the belly rubs, and continue enjoying outings with her people. She’s a resilient, affectionate girl who’s more than ready for the forever home she’s always deserved.Name: EmmaBreed: Pit Bull TerrierSex: FemaleAge: 2 year  (estimated)Weight: 50lbsSpayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS: Good with Children: Over 7Good with Dogs: Selective: Good with dogs her size, is frightened by over active dogs.Good with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00  (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently:  Texas  IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.  Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. Story
Puddin is a certified low rider with short legs, a rich chocolate coat, and the kind of soulful eyes that could melt anyone on the spot—just like his name suggests. He may be small in stature, but this sweet little dessert is overflowing with charm and already a professional heart-stealer. 🍫🤎This doll-faced boy came to us as part of a litter from an Alabama shelter, and he’s been serving up sweetness ever since. Puddin is busy learning all the good puppy things: snuggles are his specialty, playtime is his favorite pastime, and his gentle, loving personality shines just as much as his velvety brown fur. He’s great with everyone, including children, and is well on his way with housetraining. He’s already crate trained and has done just fine on short car rides—this little treat travels well!Puddin is endlessly entertaining and incredibly affectionate, proudly carrying his toys around like prized treasures, as if they’re the most important ingredients in his recipe for happiness. This adorable boy is the perfect comfort food for the soul and will be a wonderful addition to a lucky family—bringing warmth, laughter, and unconditional love with every spoonful.Name: PuddinBreed: Pit Bull Terrier/Basset HoundSex: MaleAge: 11 weeksWeight: 12.0Spayed/Neutered: Too young - Spay/Neuter Contract will be required and strictly enforced.Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary.
