A true survivor, Roo has shown remarkable resilience as she's made the long journey of recovery from severe malnutrition. She has continued to thrive since being at the shelter. Her playful antics and eagerness to learn make her the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal and loving friend. Roo is about 4 years old, spayed and current on vaccinations. She does need to stay on a prescription diet for the time being as well as probiotics so her GI system can continue to heal. Roo likes other dogs, has previously lived with cats and doesn't seem interested in chasing them. She does however, have an Achilles Heel; riding in the car. Roo needs to be in a seat belt harness or crated in the car, as she finds it too exciting to stay in one place!
