Story
Due to no fault of her own, Nola is looking for a new forever home. Her current placement can no longer keep her due to a change in housing restrictions. Nola is an American Pitbull Terrier and she’s 3 years old, she is an absolute sweetheart and has never shown any aggression or bad behavior. She’s good with people , other dogs and even cats. I want Nola to go to the best home and be very well taken care of and loved on. She’s not an outside dog so if you are looking for that then she is not for you. Nola is a lap dog and wants to be right beside you at all times when you’re around her. There’s so much more to know about Nola so if you’re interested please message me. Message me for more details and ANY questions you have. Please SERIOUS inquiries only.

Story
This beautiful, sweet, and gentle boy here is Tabor. Tabor came from a hard medical past and is now healthy and thriving as he looks forward to his future with his very own people! Tabor’s foster family has learned a lot about him and therefore have a lot to share. Tabor is such a loving boy and has so much love he wants to share with his people. We cannot put into words how special Tabor is; you’ll just have to meet him to know! Tabor’s foster family has fallen in love with him and knows tears will be shed when it’s finally Tabor’s turn to leave the shelter behind him and go home with his furever family. Tabor is about 6 years old and is the epitome of man’s best friend. He is very loyal and listens very well. He will need a home where he can be inside with his people and be let out to use the bathroom and play (he can use the doggy door). Tabor is trusted to be loose in his foster’s home and doesn’t need a kennel. He will lay down and sleep just fine with a doggie bed out in the open or even in a little nook of the house. He has been working on kennel training and does very well once he trusts his people to let him out whenever he goes in. So far, he can be in the kennel for about 4 hours while we’re running errands. If you’re in the room with him then there’s no problem since he can see you and knows he’s safe. Although he’d rather lay his head on your lap!Patience while kennel training will be required as the kennel can cause too much stress on his body which was a problem with his medical past.Tabor goes to work during the day with his foster dad and he hangs out with the other employees and other dogs. He loves jumping in the car and going to work. It means more time with his people. He will need someone who will be patient and laugh with him when they learn that he has figured out how to open doors when his family is on the other side of it. He even figured out how to open one of the baby gates when we told him he wasn’t allowed to jump over it. Technically he didn’t break the rule! He follows his people around everywhere in the house. He’s very gentle but will sometimes walk right on your feet. Tabor is exclusively eating Purina One brand dog food and he has 1.5 cups of dry food with 0.5 can of the Tender Cut wet food 2 times a day. He also loves to have a treat once every other day! (We know this diet works to keep him healthy and prevent history from repeating.) Tabor needs someone who understands his past medical history and will be attentive to ensuring it doesn’t happen again.Tabor would do best in home without cats but is GREAT with dogs and wants to meet everyone. Tabor is a wonderful dog, the best boy, and a loving companion. He deserves a wonderful home to live the rest of his best days.

Story
Tito is a puppy we are fostering because he was found skin and bone on the side of the road . Hes great and so loving . Hes thriving very well and is very happy with play mates . He stays by your side and wont run off as far as it coming to me and my family he stays put no matter what distractions are there. Im wanting him to go to a good home and someone who can take the time to train, love, and exercise him on the daily ! Im asking for a rehoming fee because it will have paid for the vet visits and papers that will be included with everything needed for this pup ! Tito has gone to the vet and has been confirmed at the age of 5 months old !

Story
This is Jack. Jack is a very loveable dog who came into the shelter as a stray. He is great on a leash, enjoys walks, and is clean in his kennel. He enjoys hugs and getting loved on. His ideal home would be somewhere he can sit on a couch like a potato for the rest of his days. We have not tested him with kids, but he has been super lovable with staff. He is very laid back and as his picture looks he always will greet you with a smile.Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal. We can test our dogs with other dogs at the shelter, but not every dog may get along with your dog this is why if you do have a pet at home we strongly suggest meet and greets before adopting. When adopting an animal at the shelter please know the responsibility of an animal. Most of the animals at the shelter have come in as a stray which mean they may not know how to sit or stay. They also might not have manners such as not to jump. Adopting takes patience. Please research the dog breed you are interested in and remember it takes time. Refer to the sheltering 3/3/3 rule of adopting for help.

Story
Meet Hunny, a playful, energetic, and friendly goofball. Her story is as magical as her personality. One day, while frolicking in a meadow, she stumbled upon a fairy circle. Curious, she stepped in and was transported to our shelter. It was a strange twist of fate, but it seems the fairies knew Hunny needed help with her skin issues. Here, she enjoys baths that soothe her skin, and she's a pro at leash walks. Hunny is sweet, loyal, and ready to share her love. She's waiting for a family who will embrace her magical journey and give her the forever home she deserves.Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal.
