Story
We found Primrose on the road as an 8 wk old kitten. She was born to a feral litter on December 23, 2021. She is 14 pounds. Primrose is extremely affectionate. She is always laying on me, is extremely loving and sweet, very playful, and she plays fetch specifically with cotton tinsel balls. She will bring them back to you. She is very, very talkative and sometimes pronunciates. She does well with dogs once she gets used to them. She can get along with cats, but has no sense of personal space and can be kind of aggressive and territorial. Her biggest problem is peeing outside of her litter box, which we have ruled out all medical issues for. We could have missed something, but we assume it is because we live in 400sq ft with 4 cats. She is a bit anxious and may do better with medication to calm her nerves. She is a beautiful, lovely lady and we want her to go to a patient, loving, and experienced owner where she will be loved forever. She deserves it. I love her so very much.

Story
Please don't pass me by! I want so much for you to love me. I may look like a bruiser, with my big, broad head and muscular body, but I'm a very sensitive fellow. I was born under a shed in a backyard. Mama disappeared when I was about 6 weeks old. On the night the coyotes were howling, the lady who brought me food every day brought me inside. There were lots of cats there, and when I got older, 2 of them started beating me up all the time. Fur would fly, and sometimes they even made me bleed, but I'd just cower and I wouldn't fight back—I'm a lover, not a fighter! Now, to keep me safe, I'm living in isolation in a small bathroom with one other cat. The people come in and play with me but I'm bored and I'm lonely. I can be a little shy at first, but once I know you, I'll be doing figure eights around your feet and bombarding you with head butts. I'm mellow and gentle and I'm such a pretty boy. Just look at my impish smile! Can you please give me a better life than I'm having now?

Story
Hi! I'm Dodi, short for Dorothy Parker. I'm known as the gentle giant because I'm 17 pounds of fuzzy love. They say I might be magical ... being a black cat born on Friday the 13th. You can be sure that I'll cast a spell on your heart! I'm in good health and in excellent shape. Round is a shape! I have a big round body, a big round head, and big round orange eyes. Born 4 years ago on the back porch with my siblings, we were taken inside on the night the coyotes came roaming. My people love me, but there are over thirty cats in this house. It's just too much! My people are choosing to list me because I get picked on by my two brothers. And, they know I'll be happy and do well wherever I'm given cuddles and kisses. I won't jump on your counters or tables, but you will find me on your bed, sometimes lying on my back to tan my beautiful belly under the ceiling light. I also like to sleep on shoes. Feather toys and ball toys are my favorites. Please give me a new loving home.

Story
Hello! This is Lucious (nick name Nips). His nick name originates from his infancy. As a baby he would suck on his belly, hence the nick name nips. He is an awesome cat with an amazing personality. He is very loving/cuddling and so loyal. I have trained him with a couple of commands (he knows sit, give paw/high five, and come here). I really wish I could keep him and I hope I can find him a loving home, I am just too busy to continue taking on the responsibility of a pet, and I will be moving with my in laws this summer and they are allergic to cats. He is currently an indoor cat, but would not mind being an outdoor cat. Ideally we’d like to adopt him to someone who would not mind me coming to visit every now and again. I would be adopting him with an automatic cat feeder, a felt cat cave/bedding, space warmer, water fountain, and a few of his toys. If you’d like to come and meet him, please reach out and we can arrange a meeting.

Story
A Home For Tux. POV: TUX Hi, I'm Tux. That's the oh so "original" name my current foster family gave me. How creative, right? Here's the deal: I need a home. A forever home. SOOO tired of this placement and just want to be RID of these people. Yes, they feed me. Yes, they play with me. And yes, they are kind and loving and blah blah blah... But I want a family of my own. I am so sweet and love to be doted on, but here's the rub: ALL of my fellow cat housemates annoy me. When I was a new kitten, I was scared to death of everything and hissed at whomever came near me. I isolated a lot and didn't really want anyone bugging me. These other furballs I share a house with couldn't understand that and would not leave me be! Alwyas trying to groom me, and clean me and...forgive the over share...SMELL places they shouldn't! So, I may have not been so nice and approachable as I could have been but they would not let up! I just needed my space!! Now? When I want to socialze? All they want to do is eat my food and sit in my tree. No Ma'am! That is off limits! So, Foster mom keeps me separated in my own room. It's a nice room, with a couch under big window I can sit on and watch the birds and squireels, and there is always soft music playing with plenty of treats, food and water...but it's a room. I'm lonely. I want out. I love people, I just take some time to adjust to change. I am sure I would love other cats eventually, I just don't like my housemates (although truth be told I'd probably prefer being on only for a bit, as long as I got a ton of attention. ) I do love to play! Lasers and squeek mice and I LOVE to loaf while petted. (I also happen to have the softest fur EVER!! Just saying...) There has to be someone who will give me a chance? Someone with patience and an experienced adopter? If it doesn't work out, I can always come back here. If anyone wants to meet me please PM my Foster Mom. She will cry when I leave but she knows it would be for the best! 💜 (I do have an adoption fee but that is just to keep some Coconut from trying to get me! I have all my shots, and fixed and microchipped too. )

Story
Hi! I'm Garage, ever seen a kitten with the fanciest suit? Yup, that's me! I play all day with my buddies but I'm ready to go to my new home and become a professional house cat, it's a real commitment that requires suiting up every day. Live in my shoes for a day, you'll see. I've had my first set of shots already, ouchies, and now you will just have to bring me to my neuter appointment, preferably in a limo to match my fancy suit, at Spay n Save (scheduled on 08/16) - this is included in my adoption fee.  If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet us!  In addition to all first-year shots and spay, I come with a registered microchip and a full set of medical records all in my professional briefcase.  Since kittens do the best with having playmates and someone to cuddle, or in my case a business partner, with when our people aren't around, I will have to go to a home with other cats or kittens or even a dog (who likes cats of course).  Or you could adopt a second kitten from Second Chance, at a reduced adoption fee. ##2093788##
